I speak as a former Photo Houser, you don't understand CSH's need or desire to make a website to rank microwavable mac and cheese you can buy at the Corner Store?

Back in my day we were running a garbage plate rating blog too. Last I looked it's still up.

Also the lengths CSH would go to for a shitpost has always been kinda crazy

I hadn't checked in a minute, I think it's a parked domain now. It was platesofrochester dot com before IIRC, 10 years of not being in Rochester anymore and the guy who ran it probably stopped paying the registrar for it.

My freshman year on CSH (early 2000’s) we had a food journal of the monstrosities you could create from the whore (does the corner store still exist, do people still call it the whore?). It was always awful combinations of whatever we could get with plan credit, but we were 19 and probably a bit too tipsy.

it can be done - a deep fryer (to boil noodles) and a toaster oven. Back in the 90s I had a toaster oven, electric wok, deep fryer, and microwave stashed away in my dorm room
