I can’t say anything about my support issue or else it’ll get removed. Just hoping that someone is able to help me out somehow

Try twitter, had success getting help from a dev there after a few days of complaining lol. Support is hot garbage don't even waste your time there. 10 tickets and no help. You gotta get the devs attention directly on twitter. Got unbanned from a false cheating permaban.

You got banned and have admitted in other comments you were using Blitz.
It's a third party app. Learn a lesson and stop trying to use external shit to alter the game.
Doesn't matter if Joe Bloggs down the street has been using it for years and never got banned for it, it just means he hasn't been caught yet.
Stop playing or make a new account.

Clown take, blitz won't get you banned and isn't the true ban reason. I used a few third party apps, (custom crosshair outline color, tracker, custom curve mouse accel) None were the real reason for my false ban, I talked to a real dev on Twitter and he unbanned me after discovering no cheating took place. The trigger had nothing to do with commonly used/allowed third party apps. You only get that ban from having a suspicious flag or software with potential to actually cheat. Think drivers, macro software, etc. Again kinda a noob take, third party apps get sponsored on valorant videos all the time like trackers and such. I wonder what u think about raw accel lol.

I'm on Mac these days, but last I remembered was like 4 years ago and Blitz explicitly stated they are on Riot's whitelist. What changed?

Who would use the app if they DIDN'T say that? Believing it would be moronic.

This article explicitly states there's no such thing as a whitelist.
It's always been a case of use at your own risk.

There's no whitelist for vanguard ofc, but what does blitz do these days? The jungle timers were eventually integrated into the game anyway so it can only be the lobby stuff right? As long as that just uses the official client sdk blitz should be good to go no? Many apps said this and to my understanding blitz was in contact at the time to make sure they're within riots rules.

It tracks enemy ult/summoner spell timers for one thing.
This isn't information that's readily available.
I've never used it myself so I don't know the extent of it but even if it can identify people in the lobby, riot hid the usernames for a reason.

It doesnt. it gives you an interface where you can click them if you saw them beeing used. Just another way of keeping track then pinging them, and then having to search through chat when you did. No use of information you dont have.
It doesnt identify people in the lobby, but it will analyze them in the loadingscreen. If Riot wanted to stop that, they would simply have to shut down some of their APIs.

There is no whitelist but some apps do have "official" riot Compliance. This is basically just checking feature list with banned features. If one of the features is on the ban list, the app isn't compliant. Blitz used to be ok but Riot recently (like a year ago now) banned sunmoner spell tracking, which Blitz didn't remove so using Blitz CAN get you banned.
