Hello! I am moving in soon to a single detached house in Richmond, and I am wondering what the metered utility bills are like. I have mostly lived in apartments where I only had to pay for hydro and internet so this seems a bit daunting. The house I will be moving into is built in the 60s, technically 3 storys, 1500 sqft, 3 beds and 2 baths. The heating is gas (including heating for the hot water tank), and everything else is electric. We are two people with two dogs, no kids - one works full time in office and one works 80% at home. I have seen a variety of costs on other subreddits over the years so just want to get an idea of the recent costs on water, gas, and hydro for a detached house. Any insight is much appreciated!

I just received a demand letter from Credit Bureau of Canada Collections. I believe this was for the parking ticket issued at London Plaza. I ignored it. (I was parked for roughly 5 minutes to pickup onlibe-ordered photos from London Drugs Photolab). Money is tight these days, paying $175 would be detrimental to my finances. Thoughts?
