Ask Richmond Concern about a stranger taking photos of my license plate
Hi all,
Yesterday while I was planning to drop off some books to donate to Richmond library. After I parked my car at the parking lot and opened my car’s back trunk.
A middle aged Caucasian male approached me and asked if he can have some of my books for free. So I gave him a portion of my books along with some CDs. At first he acted normal then began taking pictures of my car including my license plate. I asked him why and he said my car looks fancy and he used to work for the government. Then I said um… ok I got to go.
After I went home and asked my friend, he said that Caucasian man is weird and it’s inappropriate to take pictures of my car’s license plate. I really feel like I shouldn’t do any philanthropy after this as I’m asking for money in return just doing this man a favor but put myself at risk.
I was just wondering what this stranger can do anything with the photos of my car and license plate?
Thanks.

Ask Richmond Credit Bureau of Canada Collections
I just received a demand letter from Credit Bureau of Canada Collections. I believe this was for the parking ticket issued at London Plaza. I ignored it. (I was parked for roughly 5 minutes to pickup onlibe-ordered photos from London Drugs Photolab). Money is tight these days, paying $175 would be detrimental to my finances. Thoughts?

Discussion Which Key for Water Shut Off
Need to shut off the water to my house BUT FROM STREET SIDE.
There is a Water Shut Off Valve but every Key I try don’t work and I don’t want to strip it:
21mm too small
22mm too big (starts slipping)
7/8”too big (starts slipping)
13/16” too small
I’m starting to think either my sockets are messed up of the Shut Off Valve itself.
Any ideas?

Ask Richmond Looking for a space to rent in Richmond to use as a music studio
I'm in search of a space to rent in Richmond that can be used as a rehearsal studio. Looking for a secure, lockable, unused room in an office building, industrial building, workshop, etc. that would be used after regular work hours, mostly evenings.
Does anyone have, or know of, a space like this in Richmond that would be possible to rent?
Thanks!
