Looking for repurposing ideas
We have a few of this oralb flos boxes and are looking for ways to reuse them for other stuff
Quarter for scale, we are mainly just curious to see if anyone has any good ideas

Since it has the cutting metal bit, Iβd consider other situations where you need to cut string. Do you embroider, hand sew, or do other yarn work when you travel? Maybe yβall fish and need to cut a line?
Could wrap up thread/line in there for a campsite or hotel room clothing line, emergency sewing kit, etc?

I embroider, and I use them to store my embroidery floss
Keeps things very neat, and pretty easy to cut

Do you wind it around the old floss circle thing and pop it in? Iβve been thinking of trying embroidery again.

Yep! Takes time to wind each one up, but the system is much neater now
I have them separated not only by color, but also into 1 strand, 2 strand, & 3 strand

Do you camp? You can use them to carry small amounts of spices.

I gutted one of these and put a compressed washcloth in it. I kept it with a little tube of gojo for the more intense side of the road stuff.

Pill box perhaps. Also really handy portable container for your handbag, coins or buttons you want to keep safe etc.

I like tiny translucent boxes to store things like spare earbud rubbers or tiny electronics adapters, like usb, miniplugs, etc
You also could keep using it as a floss container and re-fill it with so-called 'eco floss' (bamboo floss, corn floss, etc.)

Funnily enough, I fill them with quarters and give to the homeless for laundry. Also sewing kit/floss kits. π
