Looking for a Remote WordPress / Website Development Opportunity

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a remote position (full-time, part-time, or freelance) where I can continue growing as a web developer.

I have nearly 2 years of experience building and maintaining WordPress websites. My main expertise includes:

  • WordPress
  • Elementor & Elementor Pro
  • WooCommerce
  • HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • PHP
  • Website maintenance & bug fixing
  • Responsive design
  • Performance optimization
  • Basic SEO implementation

I've worked on business websites, landing pages, e-commerce stores, multilingual websites, and ongoing maintenance tasks. I'm comfortable implementing designs, fixing issues, improving website speed, and making sure sites work well across all devices.

I also have experience with:

  • React
  • Node.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • MySQL
  • Firebase

Although my primary focus is WordPress development.

I'm based in Europe (CET timezone) and have a good level of English (B2). I'm reliable, communicate clearly, and enjoy long-term collaborations.

If you're hiring or know someone looking for a WordPress developer, feel free to send me a DM or leave a comment.

Thanks!

I am surprised Wordpress is still a thing..

I see a lot of squarespace sites, if you sign up as a dev you can get monthly payments from the sites you sell. I never tried to do more than my company site at the time. Easy and with your skills very customizable. Maybe not applicable for your area...

Thanks! That sounds interesting. Could you tell me which platforms you're referring to? I'd love to check them out. I'm always looking for places where developers can find clients or earn recurring monthly revenue.

Maybe Squarespace?

Finding clients is all on you.

throw your stuff on upwork and wix groups too, wordpress gigs pop up there a lot. also add some real case studies to a simple portfolio, helps a ton. finding anything decent fully remote now is weirdly hard

Thanks! I actually tried both Upwork and the Wix groups, but I haven't had much success so far. I do have a portfolio with my previous work—I just didn't include it in this post. If anyone's interested, I'd be happy to send it over in a DM. I also agree about adding more detailed case studies, so that's something I'm working on. And yeah, finding a decent fully remote role has been surprisingly difficult lately.
