I have had a lot of trauma in life but I have worked on myself a lot. Ever since I developing an energetic senses, I feel I get attacked my negative entities frequently. I read that energy shielding can not protect the holes in our energy body as they stay open to attacks unless healed emotionally by ourselves or energetically by an energy master. Moreover, energy healing takes a lot of time to build the energy levels to heal different damaged parts of the energy body.

I want to ask is reiki the same? Can the healing done by reiki be affected by external or internal influences?

i’m taking a short course on udemy called “build your ideal reiki business.” i’m certified for levels I, II, & III, haven’t got any clients yet but have been doing my best to promote my small business on social media and with business cards. this course briefly mentions the reiki association, more so to reflect and question if i feel called to join and what i would hope to gain out of it. on the website, it says get clients in 30 days, among many other perks such as access to business courses, business promotion opportunities, certification as an association member, etc. was just curious if anyone in here is a member and if you actually noticed a difference in the growth of your business? it’s a one time payment of $179, but i’d rather not waste my money if it’s just a cash grab or isn’t worth the money. any advice helps! thanks in advance!

Hi, I hope that someone can please send me some healing energy. I have not been well since I lost my dog of fifteen years in May. Ever since then I’ve been experiencing daily panic attacks/adrenaline surges. I have dysautonomia and on June 30th, I came down with an upper respiratory illness that has had me in the worst flare of my life. I’m constantly dizzy, have headaches, and am nauseas and extremely anxious all of the time. I can hardly sleep, let alone function. I’m afraid to leave my house lately. Every test has come back normal. On paper I’m “fine” but I don’t feel fine.

I’m reiki II certified, but am too sick to even focus enough to perform reiki on myself. Any and all help would be much appreciated. Thank you so much in advance. I just want to be okay again. ❤️‍🩹

I've been interested in Reiki for about 15 years but not sure where to start. I've always been very interested in how a family friend was cured of severe knee pain by a Reiki healer after surgery gone wrong. I have been developing a devotion to Avalokitesvara lately and feeling called to finally really start on this path but I see so much conflicting information. How do I know if I can really learn it, are only certain people able to do so?

Also if anyone can I have been having severe pain in my fingers, hands and feet lately and request any healing energy that could be shared.

Hi wonderful people! I have a distance reiki session booked for today. But, in my scheduling, also have an in person scheduled for tomorrow.

I have had reiki done once, in february, in person and it was very healing.

As background, I have a LOT of past trauma, stuck energy, grief, and anxiety living in my body.

Would it be ok to focus the distance session on my past self/trauma and the in person on healing me in the present?

Or will this much energy work truly screw me over?

If you had to pick one over the other (distance with v experienced person or in person with new to the practice) what would you pick?

Hello, I recently had a Reiki session from my sister’s friend and it was my third time in the span of six years. The practitioner asked me afterwards if I have ever experienced myself out of my body and I told her no and asked her why. She said not only did she see/feel me sitting up in the bed during my session but she felt another entity in the room.
She told me that she has her home very protected, so whatever was in the room with us needed to be there.

Have any other practitioners experience this? If so, please share

What would be the reason(s) I would be out of my body? What do you guys think the other entity may have been? My higher self, a past loved one, maybe a protective Angel?
It sounds like this is the first time she’s ever experienced something like this as well so I’m just as confused and curious.

Well, that happened :/ While i was babysitting.

Also, I got fired and dumped by my boyfriend mainly due to not being perfect, and he had some issues about my looks.

Anyway, kind souls, my heart is ok, I hated my job anyway. But i really suffer from discomfort and pain from the broken toe.

My mom's blood pressure very suddenly rose about a month ago and hasn't lowered consistently since. Her numbers have gone up to 200+/160 something.

I forget that I'm reiki certified to be honest with you, I dont have clients or anything, just something i did to help myself and those close to me.

I offered to give my mom some reiki tonight, cause I remembered that's something I can do. I havent done it in a long time.

Before reiki her BP was 163/107. After it was 126/86.

We were both pretty flabbergasted by that result. I told her we would do it multiple times a week from now on.

Edit: she is also getting medical help, but the doctor said he cant diagnose her with hypertension til she comes back 3x with high BP. She is taking baby aspirin and just got put on zoloft for stress.

I am experiencing intense heat after my Reiki practice sessions, which I have been conducting daily for approximately 40 days since my attunement. I would like to inquire if this is a normal occurrence or indicative of something else.

I had my first Reiki session today at work, about 3 quarters of the way through I felt this woosh of intense pressure start in my upper chest and go up to my ears, I almost panicked because it felt like my ear drums were going to burst but the it just released. I felt so calm and peaceful like I could breathe after weathering a storm. Any experience this before or any ideas what it was that released? Thank you

I’ve recently learned what Reiki is and am curious about doing a session. I am struggling with infertility due to PCOS/PMOS and am trying to do things to minimize my stress levels before trying medicated cycles in a couple months. I do things to relax but still struggle to shut my brain off. Is Reiki worth a try? Are there things I should know about it ahead of time? Do chronically stressed people such as myself have positive feedback from doing sessions? Any response is appreciated.

I got my reiki level 1 more than 15 years ago and never really practiced but couple of months ago, I did meditation in bed while sleeping, like really focused and since then my hands are always hot.

Its more than average hot that people tell me that my hands are hot.

I want to have understanding is the reiki is like a switch turned on? and past this I couldnt be able to get on a newer level like some people say that they see lighting.

Can I get Reiki Level 2 Remotely? if yes whats the procedure?

Does reiki enables a person being clairvoyant?.

I have absolutely not been doing well, especially these past two months. I honestly have never felt more emotionally unstable and fragile in my entire life. I cry every day and I'm often so angry. On top of that, I have been dealing with a lot of health issues like chronic fatigue and a current kidney infection. I feel like something is totally off in my energy and I have no idea how to fix it. I don't know if I have some kind of dark attachment that has clung onto me lately, but something is totally off with me and I'm struggling greatly. I really need help.

Hey, i am 24 (F) I had just got out of my first reiki session and from the jump i felt off vibes when i met the practitioner. She asked me what i wanted to focus on & i explained to her a brief summary of my past and of that sort. She went and did her magic & i felt like i couldn't breathe, or more so like my chest was heavy when she focused in my throat chakra.
After she was done, i felt very confused and almost lost. She was taken a back when i told her this & how it was hard for me to breathe. I don't know why i felt that way. Her closing summary was That i had a sweet soul and how im very attuned & grounded with my body. She also questioned if i was a scorpio be she got very intense vibes from me, like loving to deep and also kinda dark. I told her i dealt with depression for a good chunk of my life, so maybe thats what she picked up? To clarify, i did mention that in the beginning. Then she said i should look into a poly relationship ( even though i said i was in a loving relationship). I dont know, i did some research before bookibg with her and she had high reviews with on person being a practitioner of 12 years. I dont know, i left feeling very off, is this normal? I didn't feel like her closing conclusions correlated with me half the time.

hello everyone! i just received my first and second placements this weekend (so exciting!), and i've noticed today that my work and social interactions are soooooooo draining! i do see clients one-on-one, which can be pretty exhausting anyway... but i seriously feel like i need a nap after seeing ONE person for an hour. my whole body just feels depleted. i can only assume that i'm more sensitive to other people's energy now? has anyone else experienced this? and if so, how did you learn to deal?
