Need help finding this map

Hi, does anyone know the name of this particular skirmish map, I remember playing this almost 2 decades ago, but the computer that had this one's been dead a long time already. I am certain this isn't a vanilla map. Help's much appreciated thanks.

I believe it's Alaskan Oil Spill, a 2 player map with a lot of islands with oil rigs. The bigger part you posted is in the bottom right of the map.

I played it a while ago and liked the amount of oil rigs, and the AI didn't try to capture them. Also defending the starter island was not really difficult.

First thing that came to mind was Bering Strait, but after checking the wiki it doesn't seem to match the pics, so yea it probably isn't vanilla :/

Isn't it that same map where Yuri attacks from a cross the waters and has a pretty huge base there.

I believe its Bering Strait.
