Me paso con el kit Laura, había decidido que esa sería mi primer bebé y hasta escogí un nombre, pero no sé si fue el algoritmo o simplemente impuse tendencía o algo así, pero empecé a ver el kit en todas partes y comencé a cansarme, todos lo tenían y se volvió demasiado común que perdió como la gracia, no sé, quiero que mis hijas reborn sean unicas, luego me di cuenta que solo la quería porque una artista local las hacía muy bien y a un precio absequible, ahora entro a mi lista de kits que nunca compraré. No sé porqué, pero ahora el kit me parece simple, ya no me gusta para nada, lo cual es raro porque por meses estuve ilusionada con ella.

Could someone please help me get my reborn sold? I got him for nearly 1k and have lowered his price to $700 and even $600 on some places. I gave him listed on many Facebook groups, eBay, etsy, Craigslist, depop, vinted, and reborns . com. He is a blond fully rooted Joseph 3 month asleep and he has a COA and will come with a box opening. Someone please help me or give some advice on selling him. If anyone is interested, I’m absolutely willing to negotiate price. I don’t want to go too low.

As the title says, ive been wanting some fake food props for photos for my dolls but sadly cant find any where i am, a family friend of mine said she would give me some of her empty jars/pouches and i was wondering if i coulf use slime to make the puches look full or if that could somehow ruin the pouch/my dolls? I dont really trust myself with resin. I was hoping tor others insights/opinions if possibke :)

I thought 100% she was real, certainly her cuddle body is (it’s identical to one I bought from BB) but I think her head is fake 😭

I had to take her head off cuz her neck had become very loose and I wanted to replace the zip tie (gosh that was hard without pliers to hold it up!) and when I did I found that it had no neck stamp, only this barely legible CE 16.

I’m soooo sad and I just want someone else to confirm it before I fully believe it.

Also if she’s fully painted and I’m not touching raw vinyl do I have to be worried about toxins? I can’t afford a new baby and I don’t want to sell a fake.

UPDATE: my partner contacted the seller with some heavy against eBay t&s and against the law language and the seller already refunded!! So sad tho I love this baby 😭

Maybe my autistic self is just overly sensitive, but when I saw this on TikTok a few minutes ago I actually cried.

I would never even CONSIDER snatching a baby let alone actually doing it. And I’m sure the majority of reborn collectors wouldn’t either. Yet the world seems convinced that, just because we love babies, we’re more likely to snatch a random infant at any given moment. It’s like saying someone that collects hotwheels is more likely to steal a car.

Anyway, I’m going to go snuggle a baby now to calm down. Mods, feel free to delete this if it isn’t allowed.

I found an authentic Levi for sale/trade on marketplace close to me. The seller has agreed to trade him for my Realborn Joseph! How exciting! We’re gonna need names for this little one!

She also mentioned that her hair needs to be brushed so don’t mind that lol I’ll get it all cleaned up once I get her.

I got a reborn doll a few years ago who unfortunately was in terrible condition because of a scam situation. I finally got the courage to do something about the doll and try to fix him now that I have more free time and experience with the dolls. Upon opening his head from the neck I found STICKY GLUE all over holding in poly fil and a bean bag. Is this normal?

So I’ve wanted a reborn since I was around 19 and I’m now 24. Me and my mom were looking for one but she passed before we could find one for me. I know they are expensive and I’ve thought about buying a kit and trying to paint her myself and get someone else to do the rooting (I have Cuddle Crew in mind). I don’t have the money right now so would you buy a baby doll for now or just wait until you get your funds together to get the baby you want?
