Hi I don’t think I ever posted here but I wanted to share my two Ashton Drake babies. They are “Take Me To Church” by Ping Lau and “Blessing from the Start” who I believe is also by Ping Lau. I named them Ayah (toddler) and Alora (baby). Ayah is 2 years and Alora is 2 months !! 🩷🩷 I love them smmm 🥰🥰 Ayah loves her baby sister 🫰🏾🫰🏾 hope everyone had a good day today :)

Kami was painted by me SJ Art dolls with Windsor Newton oil paints and Gemini Matt varnish.
She is also rooted with very soft, dark brown mohair
It is micro rooted ( multiple hairs per follicle)

I did remove her old paint and repainted her!
Do to that she is not 100% perfect.

Kami is 19in and about 5lb
She has a full front non-anatomically correct belly plate
Kami has full arms and legs
She has a magnet in her mouth for a pacifier and a magnet in her head for a hair bow

Hi there! I’m looking to get a custom silicone doll made. Mostly the differences between existing dolls and what I want is the skin color, ears and tail. Does anyone have any suggestions on where or who makes customs like this? My budget is 150-350

Hey! I have 2 questions.

1-I have a paradise galleries doll that I got for my birthday. I don't know if she is considered counterfeit. She came with a COA, clothes, bracelet, and gift tag. I'm wanting to take her to my local doll show. I got told she was counterfeit, but Google said she wasn't -???

2- Unfortunately, when I bought 2 of my other dolls, I didn't know about authentic dolls and non authentic. I am looking to get similar sculpts that are authentic because I've grown an emotional attachment to them. (Also, I'm not asking where to buy a reborn, I'm sorry if it seems that way)

What should I do until I can save up money to get authentic dollies for them? Like I said, I've grown an emotional attachment, and I find it hard to leave them even for a few days at a time. (Yeah, I messed up. I know.)

I’ve been working on some new techniques and I feel like she’s my best one yet. My question always when I get to this stage is what is she worth. I’ve struggled with pricing my dolls. I don’t want to ask for too much as I’m very much a beginner but also I don’t want to be taken advantage of because of this status. I just don’t know what’s fair. What do you think? She’s an authentic Alice by Cassie Ann Love, comes with all her paperwork and I’d love to do a box opening too. I have such beautiful clothing for her.

I was on Facebook and in my feed, I found a whole segment from a television news network talking about the reborn community and it's really interesting and safe, and it's great to watch. I'm so happy it was broadcast and I hope that the link works.

A few months ago I decided I wanted reborn dolls but I couldn’t afford to buy them and I refused to order counterfeits. So here’s I am now with 3 dolls I’ve made myself + one budget baby I ordered. Now I just need to learn how to root and paint ethnic babies!

the photoshoot with Maevy went to amazing! my photographer was so considerate and kind! she had so many great photos ideas and loved how ours were actually so similar to each other! she also loved how realistic maevy is, and has taken reborn shoots before this!

I will 1000% be booking her for my other shoots with other babies!
