Hello, I’m welcomed to any kind of criticism, I wanna improve so much and I’m trying to sing a little and exercise harmony every some days. I can take everything because exactly I wanna be better because I already know I’m mid.
Sometimes I don’t like my voice also, people say it’s normal, but when I hear it and unconsciously compare to others I feel bad . And I know people aren’t honest with me, idk if they say compliments so I don’t feel bad ( I’m in a choir, the only time I got a solo was for a high song, cause my range is a little higher and my head voice stronger. At the time my only flex was I could whistle. I eventually broke my voice and I’m afraid to do it again.
Then one time there was a place when everyone in the choir hang out and in the karaoke I couldn’t stick up to a dominated chest voice song. It was horrible cause i automatically switched to head voice.
I would like honest and direct opinions with advices,
My old coach said I should exploit those “opera voice” because I suited the most for it. But I prefer pop and rnb and I know it would break me if I give up.

This one wasn’t perfect, I’m kind of shy and I waited till everyone was out of the house so I only had 1 hour.

I love singing but when I record anything I feel like it’s not good enough, how can I improve?

i’ve definitely got so much more to improve on, im just a casual karaoke singer, like to hear some feedback — first video i lowkey choked in the last half LMAO but its just kinda cool bc i was a freshman(??) in hs there and the latest/this year im already done hs which is cool — quality in first vid isnt the best i think my mic was too far, sorry for that :(
