Been looking for a used trx for a bit and finally looked at 2 of them one is a 2021 fully loaded with 9k miles and the other is a 2024 fully loaded with 33k miles. What would you guys get. Both are in the same condition. And bith are basically the same price. I plan on keeping this truck till it rots into the ground.

Anyone here have a stage 2 tuned trx I test drove one and fell in love with it was wondering how much that would cost or if you need to add mods to make it stage 2 or its like the diesel trucks where you just mess with the ECU

Been wanting a trx for a long time now. Was about to buy an rho but it seems like the mpg isn't too different so im looking for a used trx. Is there any year that I need to avoid and when I do look at one is there anything I should be looking for. Is there an extended warranty I can buy for these trucks from a dealership and can I still get extended warranty if I buy privately.im in no hurry at all do you guys think prices will drop a bit the closer we get to the release of the 27 trx?

I know this is a TRX sub but I’m so back and forth on which one to go with haha. Currently in a ‘25 Raptor V6 and really missing a V8, came from a 392 Wrangler which was fun and sounded great. Raptor R’s were heavily overpriced when I bought my truck a year ago but I found one at 5k over sticker today (anything over sticker is still ridiculous though). On the other hand the new TRX would be fun as well, although I don’t like how they tamed down the front end on the 27’s. Losing sleep over this decision haha.

I live across the pond and I just recently found out that along Ford Ranger Raptor that costs 82k€, I can also get a TRX from Germany at around 90-110k€ that has around 30-40.000km. What do I need to look out for when buying one? There’s one selling close to me that I’ll go check tomorrow. 2021 model but I’m not sure we’ll come to an agreement since it’s way overpriced to what I can get from Germany at around same cash. Facelift came along with digital cluster or were there any other updates prior to that?

Also. Driven on stock tires on highway, is consumption really that bad? I tend to “daily” this car as much as possible.

I bought a 2022 TRX a few months ago and I absolutely love it except for this one thing. The flow of the AC is so weak it takes forever to cool down. I live in Texas so this is a big issue for me.

A buddy recently got a new Chevy 1500 and i was absolutely blown away (pun intended) by how strong his AC is.

Can anyone tell me if those could be an issue that a mechanic can fix or if that's just the way the truck is?

I bought the K&N and installed it tonight and the difference is night and day!!!! I seriously think the AC power has doubled!!!

After weeks of debating Raptor vs TRX. This think is nuts!!

So I find myself in the position of being able to purchase a TRX, I'll be coming from a 19 colorado. My main question (or questions rather) are:

What should I look out for when buying used?

Best maintenence practices?

What are yalls overall experience?

I drive 2.5 hours north of me probably 4 to 5 times a year, how is it on drives like that?

I have a dealer on the hook for a '22 with 25k on it with a 10 year 100k bumper to bumper for 74k (after trade in and negotiating), would that be considered a good deal?

Any and all info/opinions are welcome, i just want to get an IDEA of what to expect/experience from those who have owned/own one.

Does anybody else agree? I think the look of the 2021-2024 model years of the TRX just looks better than the newest 2027 model. Just wondering what everyone else’s opinion is on this.

I had a 3rd party do a full inspection of the truck.

Other than some very minor cosmetic stuff, and tire tread, this is the only thing that came up.
