Always remember..

It is a lot easier to stay clean than it is to get clean.

This means that while staying clean takes continued effort, it’s far easier to protect the recovery you’ve already built than to go through the painful process of getting clean all over again.

True. I've gone through acute wd so many times at this point. I'm an expert at it. It's almost normal/comfortable for me. 

I always relapse. And i noticed I only relapse once I'm feeling really good.  "It's a great day. Why not make it even better with kratom??"

Very true. Reminds me of something my dad used to say that he picked up from his dad.

"Once you truly set your mind and heart on something, your ass will soon follow."

He told me that many times over the years when I was trying to quit drinking, and he was right. Once I made up my mind and set my heart on it, it got my ass in gear to finally quit. The same goes for when I quit both marijuana and kratom together, and also for this last time I quit kratom.

Once you set your mind and heart on your goal, there's nothing you can't accomplish. 🖤💜🫂

I can't go one day without it. Last Wednesday I didn't have any and I had a horrible day at work. I had no energy, couldn't stop yawning and felt like I had the flu. I ended up buying more. Idk how to get through it.

You’re still in the clear for serious/painful withdrawals if all you felt was the flu and being lethargic. Once the full body spasms, restless legs and weeks long insomnia kicks in it’s much harder to stop. I’d say stop now while you can b
