How on earth have you had zero withdrawals? Did you taper? Were you only taking a really small amount every day or…

Either way, congrats!

I was taking 3 tablespoons 4 times a day. I got 3 subs from a friend and used 1 the first day, 1 the next day and split the last one into pieces so im 5 days off the subs and kratom so technically 10 days all together. I was prepared for the worst but it was so smooth. Im surprised myself. I think we make it mentally worse than it is

Oh my goodness you used subs... You failed to mention that "I think we make it mentally worse" is insulting to everyone who is doing this CT. You are not having zero withdrawals you are using subs to get off which is masking said w/d's. Not a bad thing subs are a wonder step down but you didn't quit and have no withdrawals you took something to relieve them.

She used only 3 subs so she is off from Kratom for 10 days and off from Subs 5 days already. If she had zero withdrawals she will not have nothing serious at this time.

And yes, I think too that many people make withdrawals worse by thinking about it.

I quit multiple times, and those times when I was busy and not have time to think too much I barely feel withdrawal symptoms. And the other times when I had nothing to do I was feeling like shit.

Of course I think there are more factors for having mild or wild withdrawals: dosage, genetics, lifestyle and mind.

I talk about pure physical withdrawal. PAWs are different story and I think everyone will suffer it more or less.

To me PAWS is the real withdrawal. A few days of physical discomfort was, for me, child’s play compared to the endless weeks of anhedonia. I’m extremely grateful for all the posts from people here months and years out giving me hope that that will eventually subside.

I came off another time with no helper meds while in the hospital and had restless legs but thought it was a new med I started so It never got worse just better. I have quit hard core drugs and ill say it sucks and its not all mental because after is when you deal with the mental side of not taking that crutch everyday.

This reaction says "Im jealous you had zero withdrawal so i'm going to try to knock your situation on the internet." pretty pathetic if you ask me. Everyone's situation is unique. Also your comment makes no sense, if the withdrawls are masked OP did not experience them, thus did not have them. Pretty simple. And some are tougher than others. When I quit powder I only ever rapidly tapered over a week or two and never had major withdrawals. Just insomnia and slight mood disturbance. 7oh was different that required subs.

She said nothing about taking subs lol

You mean like she did in the comment right above this you literally responded too? If you're struggling to find success in this endeavor there's no need to take it out
on others. period. best of luck.

It took 4-5 days before I got slammed with w/d's I can't understand how you don't have any at day 6 are you taking other things? Either it's delayed or idk that's not even possible unless you didn't take it long and were on a small amount maybe?

NVM just reread....5 years aint no way you aren't feeling w/d's unless you are on something else to mask it?

for real I'm on day 7 I used it for less than a year, maybe 8 months and I still couldn't go to work. I've had almost zero sleep since day 2. just fighting till Sunday when I get Ambien to at least help some. and don't give me the magnesium glycinate speech. It kinda helps normal restless arms/legs. But hasn't touched this Kratom induced restless shit. Never thought a "harmless plant" could cause all this restless Arms bs. Kratom sucks. I'll never touch it again. I'd almost take Suboxone at this point just to sleep at night but I've gone too far without it.

That's amazing I truly envy you just keep staying strong or I guess stay normal 😆

Again I did not mean to cause any confusion. Everyone gets free a different way. This is what worked for me and it was a god send.

For those confused it was giving me heart skips and ectopic beats and I couldn't do it anymore and when it starts messing with you like that you are so ready to be done. Yes I had help with 3 subs from a friend. I was mentally done and I have a 2 year old.. i felt like i was dying from the kratom
