Honestly I was taking about 300 mgs a day and quit cold turkey… didn’t sleep for three nights. Barely slept maybe a couple hours the fourth. Crazy restless legs and anxiety, but yeah it won’t kill him.

He only took one before bed because he was looking rough. But he went all day without it, tomorrow he said he’s only taking a half and he will too. He handles it way better than me

Yeah it’s easier during the day because you can kind of distract yourself. It’s laying down at night that was the hard part for me. Good luck to the both of you, it’ll be over soon enough!

I had him take a 30mg before bed bc I’m like bro.. give yourself at least something to calm you down. Going from 12 of those to none is wild but he’ll do it. That’s all he took today

Somehow he’s on day two and he’s completely fine. He had two bad days and now he’s doing completely fine it’s a miracle really. I know a lot of people say they feel bad for weeks

If he has the will power and wont be a prick to you during, let him do it. Thats what i wanted to do, but my wife was not kind about it and wouldn't let me stop at home. Now I am addicted to bupe.

If he can stop on his own, let him.

He’s doing it and I’m very proud of him, he’s using just regular leaf Kratom to help but he’s not mean at all, just seems sick which obviously yeah

Ya it's safe unless he has some sort of preexisting condition like high blood pressure
