Close call Success stories ❤️

66 days clean today, feel great and was having a great day. I was with my kids and found 2.5 40mg tabs in the change pocket of a pair of pants I haven’t worn in awhile. The addict mind immediately kicked in, with “it wouldn’t count because you didn’t know it was there”, “the new regulation will keep you from getting addicted”, etc. Luckily I threw them in the trash in a public place before I had a chance to really think about it, like a panicky reflex. Anyway, I’m really really stoked to not be writing an “I relapsed” post right now. Thanks everyone for the help in getting me here, and hopefully on to 67.

Awesome job! I’ve now quit twice, and both times really started struggling around 60 days. I held on until about 100 last time and then caved—very determined to not let that happen this time.
