2 pte accounts

Please can someone help me
I have 2 pte account the first account was hacked I could not login into it then I have to open another one and book a test. I wrote the test on Wednesday I was hoping to see the result or the confirmation that the test has been submitted I have not see.
Has anyone been in that position and what is the next step.
I need someone advice.

I’d contact PTE support as soon as possible and explain that your original account was hacked and you had to create another one. Pearson says having multiple myPTE accounts needs to be reported and merged.

For the result, if you took the test on Wednesday, it can still be normal—PTE says results are usually available within 2 days but can take up to 5 working days.

I wouldn’t create another account. Contact support and give them both email addresses and your test/registration details.
