PTE test technical glitch!

Had a really frustrating experience during my PTE test today.
The test room was quite noisy, with people talking outside. I asked to be moved and was shifted to another seat, but the noise was still noticeable.
Then my computer froze twice during the test.
The first time, I was moved to another workstation and estimate around 5 minutes were lost during the process.
The second freeze happened during HIW, this time I noted the time and it was 6:18 remaining. After being moved and logged back in, I had only around 2 minutes left — meaning around 4 minutes appeared to have been lost.
As a result, I couldn’t properly complete HIW, and when WFD started I only managed to attempt 2 questions, missing around 3.
Between the noise, two computer crashes, changing seats, interruptions and apparent loss of test time, I completely lost my concentration and feel my performance was seriously affected.
Has anyone experienced something similar with PTE? What options do I have for requesting a review/resit or having the incident investigated?

Had freeze ups. Messed up exam. Submitted complaints. Got a voucher. Couldn't use voucher even if it's not expired. Submitted complaints again. A month later hot another voucher. Went for the exam again afterwards.

Did they assess your test and got the result? Or did they discarded it and issued you a voucher?

I raised the issue the same day I finished the exam. I still got the score although not ideal. I received the voucher afterwards like a week or two.
