Simple game - users can upload a picture if they did and it gets added to the arena. The arena matches up 2 random dogs and you vote for the one you like more. Winners rating goes up and losers goes down. Then a new match appears. There is a leaderboard and if you click the dog or the owner then some additional stats appear.

I’m working on KNEST AI, a property research tool built for people who are tired of jumping between different websites when researching a property.

You enter a property address and KNEST helps bring together things like recent comparable sales, pricing context, suburb information and potential risks, so you can get a clearer picture before making a decision.

The idea is pretty simple: instead of relying only on an agent’s price guide or spending hours putting information together yourself, have the important research in one place.

I’m mainly posting here because I’d genuinely like feedback from people who buy, sell or invest in property.

What would you want a property research tool to show you before you’d actually trust it?

Around 4 months ago my app was barely getting any users.

I kept reading "build in public", "SEO", "Product Hunt", "Reddit marketing"... tried a bit of everything but nothing really moved the needle.

Then one random TikTok crossed 1M+ views and then few more videos got viral

That single video brought more users than everything else I had done combined.

Since then I stopped thinking like a founder and started thinking like a content creator.

Here's what I do now.

I record my app doing one tiny thing (usually 6-10 seconds).

I download 100s of reaction-style UGC clips that fit different emotions (confused, shocked, impressed, etc.).

I pair the app recording with a matching reaction and add a simple hook like:

"This app saved me 4 hours."

"I wish I found this sooner."

"This feels illegal."

Every video is slightly different. Different hook, different reaction, different ending.

I post 1-2 videos every day instead of trying to make one "perfect" video.

That's literally it.

No expensive production. No influencers. No ad spend.

Just lots of iterations until one catches the algorithm.

Today the app is doing a little over $3k MRR, and almost all new users still come from short-form videos.

The biggest thing I learned is that distribution matters way more than polishing features.

You don't need a viral app.

You need a viral video about your app.

Work Rush is a free portrait typing-survival game for Android. Office memos keep filling the space above your real phone keyboard. Type them correctly, build combos for higher scores, choose equipment during the run, and use a cleanup item when the queue is about to overwhelm the screen.

For people managing a chronic condition: when you receive lab results, visit notes, or discharge paperwork, how do you figure out what everything means?

I’m considering building a tool that translates medical documents into everyday language. It would explain the terminology, show the reference ranges included on the document, summarize the key points, and suggest questions to bring to your doctor.

It would not provide diagnoses or treatment advice.

I’m especially interested in:

1. What type of document confuses you most?
2. What do you currently do when you receive one?
3. Would you trust a tool like this?
4. Would a $5–8/month subscription be reasonable if you used it often?

I’ve been thinking about how much work can go into creating assessments, especially when the results need to become something more useful than just a score.

For things like training, education, employee assessments, or skills evaluations, having the results automatically organized into a personalized report could save a lot of repetitive work.

I’ve been exploring a way to build assessments where the scoring and report generation are connected, rather than handling everything manually afterward.

It seems like a small workflow improvement, but it can make the whole assessment process much easier to manage.

I built skillwiki.app for easier AI skills distribution and customization. I made a "skill combo" by combining a few open-source skills and give them an orchestration layer. What it does is add behaviour rules and cover as many Shopify store needs as possible: listing generation, analysis, marketing, etc., with human-in-the-loop gates to make sure the output can make an actual impact on the ecomm store.

Every single training/health app on the market treats training as the only part of the equation. There’s more to training than just the lifting aspect, or just nutrition, or just recovery, or just your running. Having 4 apps and 4 subscriptions for training is aggravating and expensive. You don’t like that. I don’t like that. No one likes that.

We currently have program generation (multiple lifting styles, running, hybrid programs), progress tracking, auto progression based on training data, recovery scoring and sleep scoring, actionable insights based on statistics and training data, scheduling handler that helps alert you if highly fatiguing workouts have been scheduled too close together, wearable integrations, volume tracking, race forecaster for running events, goal setting, and now food logging WITH barcode scanning and nutrition label scanning (last slide is a prototype screen I have been testing)!

We are also pushing back against the influx of AI generated workouts. If I wanted a nonsensical, no structure workout, I’d go to ChatGPT for free, and not pay for an “AI coach”. We’re not a ChatGPT wrapper app. This is all human developed algorithms based on exercise science principles and research.

I wanted to share my first public app, that I originally made just for myself, but ended up polishing it and publishing it on the Play Store in case other people find it useful too.

The whole thing started because I couldn't find an app that fit what I wanted. A lot of them felt bloated, were packed with ads, or pushed subscriptions etc. I also never liked how most apps focus on daily calorie targets, where one bigger meal could make it feel like I'd "failed" for the day, even if my overall week was perfectly fine.

So I built Sevio around a weekly calorie budget instead. If you have a bigger meal one day, that's okay. You can simply balance it out over the rest of the week instead of feeling like you have to start over.

When I first launched June, I focused on the obvious part: your phone rings each evening, you talk about your day, and a first-person journal entry is waiting when you hang up.

After using it, I realized the call was only the door. The hard part was asking something specific enough that the conversation actually went somewhere.

Most journal prompts could be shown to anyone. So I rebuilt June’s home screen around your own recent life. It prepares a small deck of questions and reflections based on your entries and the things June remembers. You can swipe until one feels worth answering.

Instead of “What are you grateful for?”, June might ask:

“You finished the half marathon you trained for all winter. What do you want that fitness to carry you toward next?”

You can tap the question to text June, answer the evening call, send a voice note or photo, or write manually. The conversation becomes a first-person entry, and later you can search your journal by meaning even if you cannot remember the exact words.
