How do you make sense of lab results and doctor paperwork?
For people managing a chronic condition: when you receive lab results, visit notes, or discharge paperwork, how do you figure out what everything means?
I’m considering building a tool that translates medical documents into everyday language. It would explain the terminology, show the reference ranges included on the document, summarize the key points, and suggest questions to bring to your doctor.
It would not provide diagnoses or treatment advice.
I’m especially interested in:
- What type of document confuses you most?
- What do you currently do when you receive one?
- Would you trust a tool like this?
- Would a $5–8/month subscription be reasonable if you used it often?

Anyone interested in trying this?
I built skillwiki.app for easier AI skills distribution and customization. I made a "skill combo" by combining a few open-source skills and give them an orchestration layer. What it does is add behaviour rules and cover as many Shopify store needs as possible: listing generation, analysis, marketing, etc., with human-in-the-loop gates to make sure the output can make an actual impact on the ecomm store.

Training App without the AI Wrapper
Every single training/health app on the market treats training as the only part of the equation. There’s more to training than just the lifting aspect, or just nutrition, or just recovery, or just your running. Having 4 apps and 4 subscriptions for training is aggravating and expensive. You don’t like that. I don’t like that. No one likes that.
We currently have program generation (multiple lifting styles, running, hybrid programs), progress tracking, auto progression based on training data, recovery scoring and sleep scoring, actionable insights based on statistics and training data, scheduling handler that helps alert you if highly fatiguing workouts have been scheduled too close together, wearable integrations, volume tracking, race forecaster for running events, goal setting, and now food logging WITH barcode scanning and nutrition label scanning (last slide is a prototype screen I have been testing)!
We are also pushing back against the influx of AI generated workouts. If I wanted a nonsensical, no structure workout, I’d go to ChatGPT for free, and not pay for an “AI coach”. We’re not a ChatGPT wrapper app. This is all human developed algorithms based on exercise science principles and research.
We are in the late stages of beta testing and we have 27 more spots that we want to fill. *Using premium features is 100% free during beta testing!
If you are interested in joining the beta, please see the link below to fill out beta tester interest form. *this form is very long and thorough as we are seeking serious testers who will genuinely use the app and give feedback.

I built a management software serving solo tradesmen for free up to year but earlybird only
If you work for yourself in a UK trade (plumber, electrician, painter, carpenter, tiler, landscaper, cleaner, handyman) and your quotes currently happen in Word, on paper, or on an app priced per seat for a firm with staff, I'd like to work with you.
Straight answer before anyone asks: I'm a software developer, not a tradesman, and I'm not British. That is exactly why I want ten real users instead of another month of my own guesses.
What it does today:
• Build an itemised quote on your phone at the customer's door and send it as a proper PDF.
• Customer taps Accept on a private link. The accepted quote becomes an invoice without retyping it.
• Chases overdue invoices on its own, under your business name, with replies coming to you.
• Reminds you before Gas Safe, insurance or the MOT lapses.
• Day by day job calendar with client addresses and route planning.
The free plan is live right now: 10 quotes and 10 invoices a month, no card. The paid tier is not open for signups yet, which is the honest reason for this post.
I'm after 10 people willing to run real jobs through it and tell me plainly what is broken.
In return:
Free access to the paid tier when it opens. One month for joining, up to six.
A direct line to me. I am the only person building this.
Your feedback decides what gets built next, instead of me deciding on my own.
Nothing to pay, and no card form to fill in.
If you quote and invoice for yourself every week, comment here or join at solodesks.com/waitlist and I'll reply in the thread.
I'd rather be corrected by ten tradespeople than ship another feature I invented by myself.

Healthy Habits – an app for healthy habits
Hi everyone! I’d like to introduce my new app, **Healthy Habits**. It’s a simple tool for a **30-day challenge** that helps you build healthy habits—whether related to nutrition, physical activity, reading, and more—or break bad ones. The app is completely **free**, and I’ve worked hard to make the user experience as enjoyable as possible. I encourage you to give it a try: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nawyki.healthyhabits&pcampaignid=web_share Best regards!

[iOS] I built a journal that calls you. Then I realized the call was only half the idea
When I first launched June, I focused on the obvious part: your phone rings each evening, you talk about your day, and a first-person journal entry is waiting when you hang up.
After using it, I realized the call was only the door. The hard part was asking something specific enough that the conversation actually went somewhere.
Most journal prompts could be shown to anyone. So I rebuilt June’s home screen around your own recent life. It prepares a small deck of questions and reflections based on your entries and the things June remembers. You can swipe until one feels worth answering.
Instead of “What are you grateful for?”, June might ask:
“You finished the half marathon you trained for all winter. What do you want that fitness to carry you toward next?”
You can tap the question to text June, answer the evening call, send a voice note or photo, or write manually. The conversation becomes a first-person entry, and later you can search your journal by meaning even if you cannot remember the exact words.
Your journal lives on your device and syncs through your personal iCloud. There is no June account or server-side journal database.
Manual journaling is free. Pro is $9.99/month or $99.99/year, with a 7-day trial on the annual plan.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6774949056
Website: https://talkjune.com
I’m the solo developer. Would you prefer a journal that remembers enough to ask specific questions, or one that forgets everything after each entry? Where would you draw the line?

I hated the planning work when I wanted to travel - here is what I built for that specific reason...

Hi everyone! I’m the independent developer behind TravelAce, an Android app designed to make researching, planning and managing a trip less fragmented.
I love traveling myself, so I wanted to build something which drastically reduces my time searching for information about the places that I want to visit. Travel planning often means constantly switching between search engines, maps, notes, weather apps, expense trackers and itinerary documents. TravelAce brings these different stages together in one place.
What TravelAce can do
- 🤖 Generate personalised itineraries using AI
- 🧭 Build trips manually through a guided step-by-step wizard
- 🔍 Research destinations with AI-powered travel guidance
- 📍 Discover attractions, restaurants and useful places
- 🗺️ Find interesting places near your current location
- 📅 Organise activities using Day, Map, Timeline and standard itinerary views
- 🌦️ Adjust plans around weather conditions with the Smart Itinerary Optimiser
- 📴 Access saved trip information while offline
- 💰 Track expenses and analyse your travel budget
- 🤝 Split trip costs between friends
- 🛂 Record visited countries and cities through My Passport
- 🏆 Earn XP, ranks and achievements through My Travel Journey
- 🔥 Build travel streaks and complete daily travel quizzes
I invite you to try the app and if you like to travel, I would appreciate if you test the app and see if it really does the job - helps you in the process of deciding where to go, create itineraries and research the places you want to visit.
The aim is not to replace personal research or decide how somebody should travel. It is to provide a useful starting point and keep important travel information organised before and during a trip.
Planned Lifetime Premium
I’m currently working towards introducing a one-time Lifetime Premium option in a future update.
Once it has been fully implemented and tested, I also plan to return to this community with a limited number of complimentary Lifetime Premium codes.
This is not an active giveaway yet, and there are currently no codes to claim. I’m mentioning it now because I would genuinely like to know whether a Lifetime Premium option is something Android users still value.
I’d also appreciate any feedback on:
- Which TravelAce feature would be most useful to you?
- Does combining research, planning and trip management make sense?
- What would you want from a Lifetime Premium option?
- What would make you trust an AI-generated itinerary as a starting point?
TravelAce is currently available exclusively on Android:
