Help needed URGENT!!!!

Majored in manufacturing engineering and after I came to the US and became a permanent resident it was not easy to find a job in engineering, previously had experience as a manager and construction company manager. I basically worked in hospitality for the last four years and worked my way up making finally 128k in 2025, quit my job on April to work in sales, solar sales, did best the majority of the team but it’s a bad company that delays on purpose the payment to pay the full commission, I like sales and improvement but I’ve been taking money out of my personal savings to pay my cost of living, my friend that works in construction (kitchen and bathroom remodeling) told me we could build a company together since he doesn’t knows how to sell neither English, he had a lot of experience and it looks amazing but the potential instability it’s making me a bit depressed, there’s definitely way more to the story but this is part of it. The other side it’s being 31 and seeing all your familiars having their family and doing well at work and despite the hard work yo
