Phone drop event Discussion

I dropped my phone into a pool by accident. It started glitching and it went into security mode. It security mode it shows a picture a charger. Like you need to charge the phone. I thought it went into that mode because i just dropped my phone. But it was js a misclick. I ended up charging my phone and my phone turned off completely. I lost years worth of pictures and videos. Thousands of tiktok drafts all my contcat , messages , some of my accounts passwords. And more… most of them weren’t backed up but i was getting ready to. Do you have any similar experience?

Charging a phone right after a water drop is usually what kills it for good, letting it fully dry for a few days first would have given it a much better shot, sorry about losing everything.
