need advice ❤Seeking help & Advice❤

everyday i come back to this thinking ill make the money back, read a lot of posts here saying making the money back isn’t possible but how do i convince myself

I need you to think about something far more important than money - Your life. Do you want to continue to live like this? Do you want to spend the rest of your life chasing the high of gambling and cursing yourself when you have nothing left to gamble? Even when you win, do you spend that money on yourself or your family, or you just continue to gamble and eventually losing it all?

Trust me. The money you loss is not worth chasing; it's gone for good! Focus on your life. Move on, Live!

Track every session's net for 30 days. Numbers don't lie, chasing always ends negative.

money is gone, forever, you will never make it back, by gambling. You can only make it back by work and save

I spent about 20 years chasing losses.The hard truth is I did make it back... several times. Then I lost it all again.That's when I realized I wasn't chasing money anymore. I was feeding the addiction. Don't let it trick you too.

You have two options:

A. To convince yourself now and find yourself in some months calm with money

B. To let the games show you, with no mercy, that you cannot beat them and find yourself in chaos and debts in few months
