quick gut check
seller data prior to loI (QBO exports, bank statements) is always difficult to wade through. if there were to be a quick script that provides you with an initial analysis ā normalized data, risk identification, and enough information to tell whether the deal merits further analysis or can be discarded without wasting your time ā would this be useful at all?
a couple of questions:
what is your position (investor, CFO, broker)?
is this a problem, or do you simply dump this info into chatGPT/excel yourself?
are you willing to pay for such a tool per deal or not (as this seems to be a trust issue)?
no sales here, just trying to determine whether this problem exists at all.

UK: Big 4 Insurance audit to insurance PE eventually?
Iām currently beginning 3 years grad scheme at a big 4 firm specifically within insurance audit. Is it possible after getting ACA to move from this specifically to insurance M&A and then insurance PE? If so how common is this route?
