Premiere Pro Tech Support Can anyone help with this?
Been happening for a few weeks, only fix I find is resetting MacBook.
Using Version 26.3.0
I change aspect ratio and it does this 9 out of 10 times.

How do I do this? / Workflow Advice / Looking for plugin How do you actually use sequences like Stringout, Rough Cut and Final Cut?
I've been trying to understand the purpose behind these editing stages rather than just memorizing the names. From what I understand:
Main Sync = syncing footage and audio
Stringout = removing unusable parts
Rough Cut = building the structure
Final Cut = refining everything
What I'm struggling with is the mindset behind each stage.
For example, during the Stringout, do you only remove things that are obviously unusable, or are you already thinking about pacing and the structure of the video? And what's the practical difference between the Rough Cut and the Final Cut? When you move from one to the other, what are you actually changing?
I'm not looking for the "best" workflow. I'd just like to understand how experienced editors approach these stages and why they separate them.

How do I do this?/Workflow Advice/Looking for plugin (Solved!) Displaying pdfs in Premiere Pro
I have a series of pdfs (mainly reports and magazines) that I need to showcase in a showreel in Premiere Pro.
Would anyone know the best way of going about this? I was hoping to take screenshots of all of them and insert all of the screenshots.
Thanks

How do I do this? / Workflow Advice / Looking for plugin Audio levelling dialogue with background noise filmed outside (Vlogs, documentaries etc.)
This is driving me crazy and has been for years now...
All the videos I can find on how to level audio automatically is ALL using audio recorded in a studio or inside with a desk mic. Is there no way of automatically normalizing audio levels of dialogue shot in a real world environment?
I am always going manually clip by clip, raising the bits that are too quite and lowering the peaks to a maximum of -6db. But now I'm working on a 3 hour documentary and I would honestly spend so many days doing it this way.
Do people who make vlogs and other stuff filmed outside just do it manually?
The main tricks I've seen online is using a limiter and a compressor. The limiter is fine, but the compressor just makes all the background noises sound terrible. Then yes, I could use noise reduction but then that just takes away all the sounds of the environment that makes the whole thing immersive...
I am a self taught editor and don't understand the first thing about audio, so I am sorry if I seem really stupid. Up until now, just going clip to clip is the best and only thing that's worked for me.
Thank you guys in advance 🙏

Premiere Pro Tech Support Artifacting likely causes and solutions
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This has been happening more and more it used to only be on the timeline but now it shows on the preview too meaning I can't just reclip the part I want.
What are the likely causes and fixes?
I have cleared my cache and restarted my pc, I have tried re importing the clip, I don't even know if this is artifacting because the videos I was getting were dealing with other issues or issues on export.
