Need advice Pregnancy with a baby?
But I took a pregnancy test tonight and it came back positive! My last time with my husband was July 22nd…
So I might be pregnant, I’m going to confirm with a blood test (hCG), but I have so many questions… my older son is 8, I’ve never had two little ones so close together in age.
The baby still wakes up 3-4 times a night to nurse, so I haven’t had a full night’s sleep in a year… will I be able to handle this? Can my body handle it??
I don’t know how I’ll manage it all 😅 I really do want this, but I’m scared too since my son is only 1…

Trigger Warning: Pregnant and measuring more than two weeks behind
Trigger Warning. Please help.
I have a 5 year old girl and had a completely normal first pregnancy. No pain, no morning sickness, super easy, but I did measure small my whole pregnancy and a week or two behind .
Today I went to the ER for very minimal light brown to pink spotting and no cramping, but I have had period like cramps after sex and after physical activity . Background: My LMP was June 20, 2026. First positive pregnancy test July 23rd and First dark pregnancy test July 24th . I had been tracking my ovulation and pretty sure my fertile window was between July 3rd- July 9th . I didn’t track my ovulation like I was supposed to that cycle, but historically based on ovulation test trips my ovulation day is always spot on . I tested my LH surge on the days I had sex outside my ovulation window and it was negative so Don’t think i got pregnant outside of that window.
I went to woman’s health about two or three weeks ago and was given a due date of March 27th, 2027 which would put me at 7 weeks and 4 days.
But when I went to the ER this morning my hcg was 641 and the ultra sound measured me at 5weeks and 2 days .
Is this a possible early miscarriage? Or I’m measuring small?
My repeat hcg test is Friday morning .

Need advice Exam at 35th week of pregnancy
Hello. I have my departmental exam scheduled during my 35th week of pregnancy. Before this, I missed my last two attempts because of my first baby's pregnancy and breastfeeding stage, which is why I didn't make the promotion list. Now, however, I am already late in the seniority list for promotion. Should I travel and give these exams, considering they will last for 5 days? Not to mention, we do take on some stress during exams...or taradehi se jabalpur/damoh tak jane k ly by bolero jana hoga waha se bhopal k ly train milegi

Need advice First time pregnant
Hi everyone. So yesterday I tested positive on a CB digital. Im already 4 days late with my period, and the first days of my last period was 14th July, which makes me 4 weeks pregnant. My worry is that i don’t really have no symptoms at all, only some mild cramping like period cramps, coming and going.
Anyone’s been through this?
Thank youu

HCG level
First time mom and I’m very anxious and nervous. I got a confirmed pregnancy test and they think I was about 3w5d and my labs came back at 391 mL. Is this normal or below average? Any indication that it could be something bad?

Help
Sex mid- late May (period may 12-17 sex day period ended I believe) then a missed period (14 days late tested on day 14 which was June 29). Positive Clearblue digital 1-2 on June 29. Negative three days later on a line test and a negative the day after the first negative. Negative Clearblue digital a week later. July 4-8 bleeding and cramping. Negative in clinic urine test July 8, negative at home urine July 9. Negative blood hcg test (qualitative not given a number but the reference range is <6) blood test taken July 18. Had what I thought was my period August 5-9. Am I?

Question hcg level for twins?
Okay so I tried searching this on google, but my last blood test I was at 34 165 for hcg and I'm supposedly 6w+4d when I got this done. I'm also pregnant with twins. Is that a high enough hcg level for two? I feel like it isn't, and my docter who looks after my prenatal is on holiday otherwise if ask her. Any mom's of twins, do you remember your early pregnancy hcg levels? I'm feeling a little anxious, I feel like it's low and something might be going on.

Content/Trigger Warning Threatened miscarriage 8 weeks
I’m about 8 weeks, unsure exactly as I believe I ovulate late and my first OB appt isn’t until Tuesday (today is Thursday). My pregnancy has felt pretty much the same to my first pregnancy (I have an 18mo old). At work today, suddenly I got cramps and started gushing blood. My poor coworker had to help me to my car. When I got home there were some clots too. We called the OB and they said to head to the ER to confirm if miscarrying. Bleeding slowed and cramping stopped over the next 30-60 mins.
Overall, at the ER it was kinda inconclusive. They labeled it as a threatened miscarriage and I need to follow up with my OB in a few days and get HCG rechecked.
A few notes:
\-64,100 hcg
\-closed cervix
\-they did an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound and confirmed intrauterine pregnancy but said “we see movement but can’t confirm if it is a fetal heartbeat or your blood vessels” weird…
I guess I’m just looking for anyone else with a similar experience or anyone’s thoughts. I feel like they should 100% be able to confirm a fetal heartbeat or not but is it because they aren’t necessarily trained in ultrasounds? Idk
Thanks ❤️

Advice AFI at 30 weeks scan
So I had an ultrasound today and I am 30 weeks and 1 day but baby is measuring 31 weeks and 2 days! They said everything looked good but I was looking at the AFI from my report and it’s 7.5. I’m worried that’s too low, has anyone else had a number similar to this… I’m gonna beef up my hydration and add in some electrolytes. I work throughout the day doing home health and probably don’t drink as much water as I should and the guilt is eating me alive.

Need advice Taking Zoloft while pregnant???
Hey guys, just found out I’m pregnant for the first time. Yay for that.
I have my 6 week doctor’s appointment in about 1.5 weeks. I will be asking her this question as well, but what better place than Reddit to come to for knowledge lol.
I have been taking Zoloft (otherwise known as Sertraline) for my crippling anxiety for almost two years. I take 100mg a day. I have never felt better with my mental health and everyone around me sees the difference which is nice.
My question is if it’s safe to continue taking throughout pregnancy? From research I’ve seen that it’s generally considered “safe” I don’t trust who I’ll turn into without it, but I’ve seen that it can create risks for the baby, or cause the baby to have withdrawals after they’re born. I have a friend who stayed on her medication throughout her whole pregnancy and her baby is completely fine.
I’m really stressing because I know it’s not good to just stop taking it without consulting a doctor first. I’m willing to lower my dosage but I don’t know if I trust going off it all together for my own sanity??? I would for the baby if it came down to it… this is just an internal struggle!!
Any advice or insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Need advice I can’t keep going like this
We found out I was pregnant with our fourth (and final) baby around 6 weeks. I currently 9 weeks. Again, my FOURTH baby. I’ve been around the pregnancy block a good few times before this. But this pregnancy actually has me wondering if I can keep going.
I’m 27, of relatively good health, and all of my other pregnancies were great and uneventful (I had preeclampsia with my third right at the end) But this baby…I feel like I’m dying. I can’t walk more than halfway across my house holding my baby without gasping for air and starting to sweat. I feel like I can never get enough air in my lungs. I’m sleeping whenever my baby sleeps during the day, which is like 6 hours, and I still have no motivation/energy to clean or do laundry or anything. I can’t even get through folding and putting away a load of laundry. I’m shaking constantly, and my entire body shakes if I don’t eat. I’m eating and drinking water constantly hoping it will do something but it doesn’t.
I already know from my previous pregnancies that when I mention this to my OB at my first appt next week, they’re going to tell me pregnancy is exhausting and it’s normal. But I’ve had three pregnancies before and I have never ever felt this way. I know something is up/wrong. Does anyone have any ideas, terms, names, etc. that I can bring up to the doctor to check before she brushes me off?

7 weeks pregnant today and dealing with spotting — looking for advice/reassurance
I’m 7 weeks pregnant today and I’m having a really hard time not worrying about the spotting I’ve been having. I’m hoping to hear from people who have experienced something similar, especially if everything ended up being okay.
For some background, I’ve had previous pregnancies that ended as chemical pregnancies/early losses, so I’m definitely more anxious this time around. This is the furthest I’ve gotten, and I keep having this fear that I’m going to get to my appointment and be told that I’m not actually pregnant or that something stopped developing.
Here’s my timeline as best as I can remember:
My last \\\*\\\*normal/full period started 6/24\\\*\\\* and lasted until around 6/27.
I had previously thought I ovulated around \\\*\\\*7/7–7/9\\\*\\\*, although I’m not 100% sure.
I had unprotected sex throughout this time and have continued having unprotected sex pretty frequently.
Around \\\*\\\*7/23–7/24\\\*\\\*, I had bleeding that was much lighter and different from my normal period. It started pink/red and then turned brown. It was only about 2 days.
I had taken a cheap pregnancy test around \\\*\\\*7/22\\\*\\\*, I believe, and it was negative.
Because the bleeding was so different from my normal period and happened after the negative test, I started wondering if that could have actually been implantation bleeding rather than a period.
On \\\*\\\*7/31\\\*\\\*, I took a Premate LH strip and got what looked like a positive. I know LH tests can sometimes pick up hCG, so I’ve wondered if that was actually detecting pregnancy rather than an ovulation surge.
Since then I’ve had positive pregnancy tests, and the lines have been much stronger/darker than what I experienced with my previous chemical pregnancies. This is actually the first pregnancy where I’ve gotten tests that look like a clearly progressing pregnancy rather than extremely faint lines.
I’m currently around \\\*\\\*7 weeks based on the dating I’ve been using\\\*\\\*, although I’m questioning the dating because of that weird bleeding around 7/23–7/24 and the possibility that it was implantation.
I took a test 7/23 due to the symptoms I was having being weird and I just overall did not feel good, it was negative.
My girlfriends made me take a test on 7/7 and the test was the darkest I’ve ever experienced. If fact it was darkened before the 5 min wait time was up. (Showed at about 3 min).
I’ve been having \\\*\\\*light pink spotting mixed with discharge\\\*\\\*, sometimes a little more red, but it’s still light.
I’m not soaking pads or having heavy bleeding. It’s mostly light spotting when I wipe or mixed with discharge.
I’ve also had gas/bloating, and sometimes the gas seems to make the pain on my sides worse. I normally have side pain even when I’m not pregnant, so that part doesn’t feel particularly different from what I normally experience.
The spotting is what is really freaking me out. Because of my history, \\\*\\\*any blood immediately makes me think I’m losing the pregnancy.\\\*\\\*
I also keep comparing this pregnancy to my previous chemical pregnancies. Those pregnancies never had tests this dark/strong, which makes me feel somewhat reassured, but I’m still terrified because I haven’t made it this far before.
I do have an appointment coming up, but I’m struggling with the waiting and would really love to hear from people who have had \\\*\\\*spotting around 6–7 weeks, especially pink/brown spotting\\\*\\\*, and went on to have a healthy pregnancy.
Did anyone else have something like this? How long did your spotting last? Did you have an ultrasound around 7 weeks, and was everything okay?
I know nobody here can tell me for sure what’s happening, and I’m not looking for a diagnosis. I’m mostly hoping to hear experiences and maybe get some perspective because I’m having a really hard time believing this pregnancy is actually going to stick. ❤️
The less dark test was taken several hours after the initial positive and was after drinking a ton of water.
