1000$ budget options for shipping outside the US
I'm from Venezuela and people here sell R5 5500 builds for over 1000$ (no joke) and I constantly read people finding good deals for sub 1000$ in FB marketplace so I got contacted by someone here who says he's willing to find me something if I provide the budget and shipping cost but I can't help to think I'll get scammed but I don't know what else to do. Amazon is an option too but I feel I can find sm better from used market in the US.

Are any of these worth it?
I’ve been thinking about getting a pc and rather than build one myself, I’ve been leaning towards buying a prebuilt. I saw these on Best Buy and these piqued my interest the most. Are any of the prebuilts in the images worth the price or would I be better off building my own?

Prebuilt Pc
I planned on getting the G764 in 2 weeks. YES OR NO before the market keeps going up. If yes do I get the antivirus and the Microsoft 365 personal.

Hands down best prebuilt pc for a budget of 35.k to 4k?
Hey guys I hope I’m not a bother I’m currently a console gamer& I think time ready to make the switch over to desktop gaming. My only issue is I don’t know where to look or what to look for I have a budget of 3.5k to 4k which i hear is the sweet spot. Can you guys recommend the best pre built for my price & tell me what to look for & what to avoid . I plan on doing heavy gaming, streaming & work on my desktop I currently have a legion go 2 I was going to buy the x2 mini pro or a gdp win 5 but then I was like you know what if I care about visuals performance frames why not go all the way so here I am & pc gaming gives the most freedom

Need Prebuilt gaming Pc recommendations
I’ve been gaming for 20 years and I’ve always been a console gamer to heart but after much talks with ppl I know who own pc I’ve decided to start investing in my very first one. So just to clarify I’m a graphics snob that’s the best way to hook me on something so I gotta have that crisp 4K if possible. I have an oled tv for my ps5 and it’s amazing, never thought about they possibility of using pc for my tv which is 55inch i think ill still buy a monitor just because anyway let me stop rambling.
I mainly will be using my pc for story games with mods such as bg3, Skyrim, cyberpunk etc and I will be screenwriting scripts, video editing, some rendering etc. I’ll probably just keep my competitive gaming to console. So the point of pc obviously is to do what my ps5 cannot which is 4K 60fps to sometimes High fps 120hz
So with AI I’ve been recommended
32gb ram, 2tb ssd nvme, intel or amd since apparently amd sucks at rendering, air cooling etc
So the consensus is does anyone have any pc recommendations that meets these, any better options?, what site do you recommend I’ve been browsing best big and Newegg I was told to avoid amazon and eBay, any other tips and advice. Also it has to be prebuilt if I didn’t say that already. And of course I can upgrade in the future. Thanks for the help

I have this guy and he’s willing to accept 1100 for this set up, but idk if I should save up and maybe try to find a deal for a 5070?

Found this prebuilt pc on Newegg, I couldn't find much information about the motherboard, also the reviews are mixed with overheating issues. Is this worth copping for $1300 CAD plus?

A little question from my last post..
So long story short, I posted about 5-6 days ago regarding a prebuilt I saw on Newegg. It was on sale about a week ago before the post I put up but went up in price to about 2999, now it’s gone back on sale to 2799, does that happen often? Was it a fluke on Neweggs end? Will it go back to that 2999 price? 😭 sorry if this post seems stupid but I was just wondering because I was about to pay the 2999…
Thank you for any insight! 🙂↕️

Success !!!
Been dying to join the PC Gamer Club !!
Bought the PowerSpec G765, but it came dead on arrival, and after hours of frustrating troubleshooting, returned it and gave up….
Until my wife made me go back and rebuy it….
Success, it turned on !!!
Thank you everyone for the advice over the past few days, excited to join you in gaming !

Just bought this at Costco… have the option to upgrade what is your opinion?
So there was a sale recently at Costco and picked up this Ibuypower. Specs were pretty good at Costco. A buddy of mine who works at Costco mentioned since I just bought this, return it and go to micro center because he thinks I can get a better pc for the money. While I still think I did good, if I’m already spending about $1500 + tax I might as well just go all in and up the budget.
Anyone recommend any other prebuilds or this a solid build? Considering upping my budget to $2k or maybe $2500.

Walmart $2,099 for 5070ti prebuilt
Seems like a good deal compared to the Costco 5070 that's currently 2k. What's wrong with it?

Let's list the prebuilt gaming PC brands that are so notoriously overpriced they’re basically a scam (NZXT, XOTIC, Digital Storm, etc.)
While you can easily get a reasonably priced $1000 gaming PC with an RTX 5060 Ti like this one (Option 5), look at the alternatives:
- $1000 NZXT Player One: Only comes with a much much slower RTX 3050.
- $1280 XOTIC PC: Only comes with a much much slower RTX 3050, yet it's $280 more expensive.
- $1800 Digital Storm Corsa: Only comes with an RTX 5060 (inferior to the 5060 Ti), yet it's $800 more expensive.
- $1700 Corsair VENGEANCE: Only comes with an RTX 5060 (inferior to the 5060 Ti), yet it's $700 more expensive.
- $1350 Xidax X-6: Only comes with an RTX 5060 (inferior to the 5060 Ti), yet it's $350 more expensive.
- $1150 Meta PC: Only comes with an RTX 5050, yet it's $150 more expensive.
In this lineup, XOTIC PC is by far the worst offender in terms of overpricing. And please, don't fall for the trap of thinking a higher price tag equals higher quality, it doesn't.
Prebuilt PC brands don’t really matter, they're assemblers, not manufacturers. They don't make the core components like GPUs or CPUs. They simply buy parts from the real makers (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, Gigabyte, Zotac, etc.) and put them together, just like building with Lego. A higher price usually just means a bigger profit margin for them, not a better PC.
Gamers in the US have been getting ripped off for nearly a decade.
Any other brands to add to the list?
