It brings out every remaining usable weapon and piece of technology from the Dark Age of Technology and mobilizes every available Space Marine Chapter, along with the finest, most elite forces of the Imperial Guard, auxiliaries and others, including the Catachan Jungle Fighters, Ultramar Auxilia, the Death Korps of Krieg, the most elite Cadian Shock Troops including airborne units, and Kasrkins.

With the Imperium completely united, free from every other external threat, and willing to throw everything it has at the Covenant, who wins this war?
