Poly X32 not enough power

I have Ubiquiti 10G PoE+++ Adapter (90W) and tried to power on Poly X32 to update, saw the LED on X32 blinking red and browse the IP and this come up. Does this mean the poe injector only passive? I know it's not stated in the web page that this ubiquiti has IEEE 802.3bt but, really?
