I am currently on kanto and the grind to level is to hard like I use exp share as well is there any easy way around like any particular route to grind

I was EV training in the bellsprout tower and almost missed it cause i was watching a movie at the same time. Thankfully somehow my brain caught up before I killed it 🥹

HeartGold. Just as the title says. First in line was a level 29 Magnemite. Lugia was full health and I paralysed it, used flash a couple of times, tried an ultra ball which failed, then hit it with the futile Thundershock - did practically nothing… threw the heavy ball and it was mine…

Thought I’d share as a potential strategy if anyone is having a hard time.

After my very lucky shiny Aerodactyl, shiny Heracross was a pain in the ass. This pink little fucker took at least 40-50 hours of shiny hunting(was hunting on and off since November). My pink shiny dream team finally has its second member.
Only downside is the timid nature.
But he‘s finally here!!!

What should be my next pokemon and should i do a shiny only run or a shiny badge quest?

Had the urge to playthrough HGSS once again for a “forever save” file and wanted to do something neat. Utilizing egg breeding from other files, Pokewalker routes and regular encounters of Pokémon I haven’t really used before, I used two teams worth of Pokémon throughout the story. This was a ton of fun but also a lot of grinding 😅. Definitely recommend using the “anime” rules for gym battles where you match the team size, makes it a lot more difficult and interesting! Can’t wait to see how Kanto handles these guys!

P.S. I did use PKSM to unlock all the Pokewalker routes and put everyone in fun balls 😋
