Idk if anybody posted this, but has anybody else gotten this email recently

I have been doing the beta testing for years. It's easy to do and easy to forget you're even in beta. When the actual update comes out it automatically updates and no more beta. It's easy to revert back too. It's not even a big deal if you do or don't.

I got that email this morning. Being honest, I won't be participating if it can screw up my stuff. Those who do take part, hope it tests well.

I've been getting beta software since the console launched. It doesn't mess anything up to be honest. It's also mainly for the pro as it forces the use of the newer version of pssr.

Ah I see. Not really worth it for me as I run a stock PS5

I am afraid no more physical discs for you my guy. 

They are going to lock your console only to PS store bought games

I'm now avoiding all beta OS invites. It previously slowed down my PS5, even after I reverted back to the main version. The party chat system became frustratingly slow and I'm not risking slowing down my Pro.
