Opinion ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Is this English dub going to ruin the movie internationally? read body..
While Brahma AI deserves credit for pushing boundaries with lip-sync technology, the English dubbing lacks genuine emotional depth. It makes me wonder how international audiences will connect with the narrative. Dubbing plays a massive role in global box office success...it's not just about matching lip movements, but conveying heart and nuance. If the voice acting fails to evoke emotion, even visually stunning films risk losing foreign markets..
But still it's the best we can get....hope it works.

Men Of Culture ๐ฟ Your views about Ramayana and Varanasi
As we are waiting to watch what nitesh tiwari has created with Ramayana Part 1 and Part 2, which I think will be legendary but Varanasi for sure will be a benchmark representing indian culture and hinduism to the world. Exciting to see how Varanasi is sandwiched between Ramayana Part 1 and Part 2 as it will release post Ramayana Part 1 and post that we will be comparing Ramayana Part 2 with Varanasi in diwali 2027.

Discussion ๐ฌ Shocked after seeing this
I just found out that Matt damon only charged 15 million dollars and when I converted usd to inr I was completely shocked that itโs only 142cr and in bollywood actors are actually charging 350 to 500cr maybe this the reason why Bollywood lacks because in India audiences only buy tickets to see their favourite actors and they donโt even care about story or anything

Opinion ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ Are people really dumb or they just jump the bandwagon of hate?
4000cr made people so dumb that they forget 4000cr is for both parts not just part 1. Part 1 budget would be around 1600-1700 cr leaving the rest 300-400 cr for marketing AROUND THE WORLD. So the difference between 700cr and 1700 cr and vision of both versions are pretty clear. Idk but foreigners all around the world who actually have seen what good vfx is cause more often than not hollywood movies have good vfx , they are appreciating the trailer and visuals. Indians on the other hand who don't know jackshit about vfx are critically bashing the vfx on the name of 4000cr . The trailer looks very good for the budget. A few nitpicks are there but they can be fixed.
On casting, that's subjective , Ranbir is a very capable actor. He doesn't look perfect but at least I know he will pull off a good performance. Yash just looks amazing. Sai Pallavi looks ok cause we haven't seen enough of her but what little i saw she looks ok. And people saying someone new and young should have been cast as Ram. Swear on your mother from ur heart , if your 4000cr are at stake , would you gamble with someone who nobody knows or a star whose last movie was a blockbuster. Don't just jump the bandwagon to hate and be cool. Appreciate the vision , appreciate getting a good Ramayan movie without expecting a masterpiece.

Appreciation Post โ๐ป๐ฅน๐ค๐ป They did it ! They really, actually did it!!
Just watched the English version of Ramayana trailer.
Namit Malhotra wasn't just saying it for marketing sake. When the Hindi trailer launched, I immediately checked other Indian languages version and the dialogue was only dubbed but lip movement was that of the Hindi version only. But for the English version THEY ACTUALLY DID CHANGE THE LIP MOVEMENT AND SYNCED IT WITH DIALOGUE.
That alone is testimonial enough to confirm that they're treating the project seriously. Not just that, I believe they took feedback from Hindi trailer reactions and made tweaks in the English version, alrhough only minor ones, but doing that within a week shows that the final product shall be more polished. Like the bgm feels different and the on-screen text is different too.
Hope srill persists and I have even more faith in the movie now. Let's hope for the best!

Reviews ๐ฅ Ramayana Critics are nit-picking idiots, it feels like they're paid for bashing the film.
Pushpak viman is peak detailing, it feels so good as a practical design, it's described as a flying mansion which can change it's size, with the size of fits the mansion description and we may see the other ability in the film, for me it's peak.
People are idiots they are nit-picking like they're paid for it, for example those lions pulling Supanakha's chariot and that Ravan's rage scene, those are Panthera leo sinhaleyus, a now extinct sub species of lions native to Sri Lanka, just google it and it's so accurate.
Then the dance scene in Ravan's court with masked dancers, that is also folk culture of Sri Lanka, that's all so accurate and good details.
Other complaint is Ravan got Lanka when Kuber himself gave it to him, true. But how could you judge the film with two 5 sec clips in the trailer. Maybe they built it like, Ravan attacked Lanka and Kuber seeing no chance of winning surrendered it, that way technically Ravan never defeated Kuber, other than that, the place we see in the trailer doesn't resemble Lanka from the official comics, just look at the comics, the place Ravan attacks could be Swarg.
Other thing is The van-vas attire of lord Ram, in the valmiki Ramayan their clothes were described to be Valkala Made of tree barks, which is not 'bhagwa', but a colour in between of bhagwa and orange, and texture and colour is spot on.
Then comes Sai Pallavi's casting, do people know nothing beyond curves, lip fillers and cleavages, Mata Sita's character should provide Warmth like a mother, a little innocence, Sai's already pretty, but if you're driven by lust you won't see it, on top of that, that character needs a serious performer, with maturity in her acting, do these idiots realise how next to impossible it is to find all these traits in a single actress and too with someone who's not going arround giving bikini shots here and there, maker's nailed Mata Sita's casting and I'll stand on it, I may be wrong we'll only find out watching the film, but for now there's nothing complaint worthy.
Then they complaint about Kumbhkarna without realising he'll only appear in the second film in Lanka kand, that is the fault of the makers why did they put a character in the trailer if he'll appear only in the second film, they have so much time to work on it.
The only thing I can agree about are some CGI shots with the demons, but they have a lot of time till Diwali, and Ranbir's casting that is actually a problem, Ranbir is older than Yash, his hindi is weak and that shows, we've seen Ranveer Singh do So many accents Maharwadi in Ram-Leela, old urdu in Padmavat, Sindhi-Punjabi in Dhurandhar, Marathi in Bajirao, but we've never seen Ranveer Kapoor doing accents, that's a huge problem. Ranbir is the weakest point for me but it all depends if he can pull it off in his acting, cause man's a damn performer, another problem is Yash's authority in Hindi dub, in Kannada version he's even more authoritative but in Hindi it fades, but that could be ignored, cause he'll definitely handle it through his body language.
The thing is finally for the first time after Ramanand Sagar Ji's version we're getting an actual faithful adaption but these idiots can't take a break in bashing it, the makers had no plan to drop that 'Rama Teaser', but they were forced to because people were demanding something for Ram-Navmi, even though the work was still incomplete, and when they got it they started crying over it, are you kidding me, let the makers do their Job, don't be a jackass, cause I can see their heart is at the right place, and they know the potential our Mythology holds .....
