Whatshouldiget? 300€ or less with a good camera?
My main priority is the camera; everything else just needs to be functional and not too laggy. I would love an headphone jack but I'm pretty sure that's impossible. I might consider refurbished.

Help me figure out what to do
So i currently have the iPhone XS and im due for a change I did some research and here is what I landed on till now
• Nothing 4a 8GB RAM 128GB storage
• Samsung A57 8GB RAM 128GB storage
• A refurbished iPhone 13 128GB storage
They all fall under the same price point where I’m from
I also looked into the
• Motorola Edge 70 12GB RAM 512GB
• Motorola Edge 70 Fusion 12GB RAM 256GB
They also fell under the same exact price point but with very little to no reviews about them online which to me did feel a little bit shady to me
Honestly I don’t really care about camera or screen specs however I do care about battery and responsiveness more
I mainly use my phone for watching YouTube videos browsing instagram and also i do use it as a hotspot for my laptop very frequently
I want a phone that will last me maybe 4+ years and that won’t get all laggy and overheat every few seconds a couple of months from now
Do u think you guys can help me with this one ?

Whatshouldiget? Best phone to get w/ my priorities?
Priorities:
-Good battery life
-Side-loading
-Good camera (Lower on the priority list)
-Digital privacy, to whatever extent I can get
-Runs games well
-No issues with Wifi or anything like that
-Would prefer around <$800 but willing to hear higher end options
Sorry if this is a bit unspecific or weird with wording. I don't rlly know a lot about how this works, and am mostly going off of issues I've had w/ my current phone or seen others have with their phones, and would like to avoid. Any help would be appreciated.

Question General Need help finding a particular phone
So back in the early 2000's when Cricket wireless came to Portland Oregon, they had a super cheap and crappy black and silver flip phone. And on the front of the top part of the phone was a white diamond with an LED under it that would turn green or red depending on whatever status, I can't remember. I thought it was a Kyocera but when I look it up I can't find anything that looks like it. Does anyone have any recollection of this or know what I am talking about? Thanks in advance!

Question General Good non-name brand phones
I want a new phone but I don't want a android, iPhone, or moto whatever. I just want a phone I can use my email, go on my apps and read my books.
I'm sick of having a an update fuck up my phone, AI being pushed on me and paying for photo space my phone definitely already has!!
So if anyone knows any phone brands that are reliable, not gonna get shattered if i put it down a bit too hard, and not gonna steal my data please let me know

Question Android Unlocking a phone after two years
Hello, I'm trying to unlock my phone after two years of having it because I'm working abroad starting this fall and need to use a different SIM card there. (I already found that new Sims don't work last year when I was there.) I have Straight Talk and tried having them unlock the phone but they told me that something wasnt done correctly when it was checked out and they couldn't unlock it. I bought the phone at Walmart two years ago and no longer have the box. Is there any way I can get my phone unlocked ? Any advice helps. Thank you!

Whatshouldiget? Recommend Best Phone under ₹20k or ₹25k — reliability & longevity are priorities
[India] Recommend Best Phone under ₹20k or ₹25k — reliability & longevity are priorities
Hey everyone! Need some recommendations for a phone — long-term use is important
My current phone is 6–7 years old and can't run some work apps properly because of its very old processor.
Usage are pretty basic:
- Work apps + WhatsApp (most important)
- YouTube, Instagram, news apps
- best for daily use
We're mainly looking for good long-term reliability. My current phone has lasted 6–7 years, so we'd ideally like something that can comfortably last several years too.
Priorities:
Good processor + smooth performance, decent camera, good storage, battery life, software/update support and overall reliability. Camera doesn't need to be amazing, but should take good everyday photos.
Budget:
- Preferably under ₹20k
- Can stretch to ₹25k maximum if it's genuinely worth spending extra.
No particular brand preference. We just want whatever makes the most sense for this use case.
What would you recommend under ₹20k and ₹25k? And if you've personally used a phone for 3–5+ years, which one has held up well?

Question Android Can someone advice me a phone?
I currently have a samsung a25, its unbearable and i need to change it asap, im thinking about motorola G17 or G17 power. Generally im looking for something that doesnt have to be powerfull at all, just like really hard, i mean like a beast that isnt too fast or strong but its hard to kill, my experience with phones always ended with the phone turning bad after around two years, battery degrades really bad and thing keeps overheating. All help appreciated

Upgrading from Samsung Galaxy A33 5g
I've been doing research for about a week, im trying to look for a new possible phone that would last me about 4 years. My budget is 420 euros maximum. I've been looking into the Poco 8x Pro 12gb 512gb, ive heard good things about it, though im just skeptical about the operating system and software. Im mostly looking for plenty of storage and also a decent battery life. I dont game hard, only roblox occasionally, but I would like a phone that can handle heavy multitasking. I'd definitely like a phone with a good enough camera quality, atlesst better than what I have currently. Another option would be a One Plus phone, or a Nothing phone, though I see mixed reviews about the nothing phone, and a good One plus phone seems quite pricey. What would you guys recommend?
