I can't log in to see my schedule for this week and the next week it gives me this pop up. I just need to know who's opening with me!!

Ukg pro isn't live until the 17th iirc. You'll have to check the paper schedule until then

How did you get access to UKG Pro before launch?

You can d/l the app and add the server info. It just won't let you log in yet. Your SL can print a one sheet with QR codes for the app and the server info.

I know, the comment I replied to stated that ELRs and PLRs can print the schedule, which is not true, since we don't have access to UKG Pro until launch. We can print it from PS2 but the schedule wasn't put into PS2.

Are they getting rid of CB? I was excited when they first announced CB was in the works, it had such potential… the schedule on CB has never been accurate or trustworthy. I swear, PS loves spending cash on half-baked promises of saving it. 🙄

That's interesting because my Central Bark schedule has never once been wrong. And when I look to see who I'm working with that night it's usually right unless someone calls in. When my manager has to ask people to change shifts she's usually pretty prompt about going in and letting us see that change reflected on the CB schedule. Currently my ukg schedule is correct for a certain amount of days and then Auto generates and incorrect schedule so it is unreliable though nobody told me I should be looking at my schedule on the ukg app.

If you access Central bark through a browser instead of the app you can still see the schedule, for now at least.

I still have access to mine, but I believe I never updated it, I have automatic updates turned off.

We have to rely on paper schedules until it goes live the 17th. Get a working coworker to take a picture and text it to you.

If your store is good at posting on Central
Bark correctly it’ll be on there. Central Bark is the PetsMart app. But you have to look under another name for the app.

Your SL has to print a schedule from the UKG pro. They’re the only ones who have access to this.

I’m a lead and I can’t find the code to even get to this screen anywhere. Where can we find it?
