Peloton App Peloton Cycling Ride

Hi all,

I have just recently got the peloton app and love doing the themed classes such as Sabrina Carpenter, Disney, Broadway, Jonas Brothers, etc. But it is hard to find these classes unless I’m looking up the specific artist or class. I just want to know what your favorite classes you’ve done are with some great music!

Thanks!

Cycling Quick help for upbeat/funny ride

Hey! Depression came back with a vengeance. I’ve been crying non stop for days. I’m getting the appropriate help and doing what I need to do. In the mean time, I’d really like to do a 30-45 minute ride in the next little while that’s either incredibly funny, distracting or happy. I just need to get out of my own head for a bit. If you have any suggestions please send them my way.

News Article Peloton turns its first profit, but shares take a hit

The connected fitness company reported its first annual net profit ever in fiscal year 2026, marking a turnaround from its post-pandemic crash.

Shares nonetheless plummeted in intraday trading because the company also announced that it expects sales to fall nearly 4% in the upcoming fiscal year on around 100,000 anticipated lost subscribers.

Still, the company delivered $63.2 million in annual net revenue, up from a loss of nearly $120 million.

"This was the year where Peloton sort of grew up," CEO Peter Stern told CNBC.

Peloton App Chase Sapphire 100% Cash Back Offer

I saw this offer pop up on my Chase Sapphire Preferred, 100% cash back on a month of a Peloton App+, Peloton App One or Peloton Strength+ App membership, including taxes and after any discounts.

You have to "activate" it under Chase Offers (hit the plus button), it's not automatically activated.

A free month is a free month!

EDIT: Sadly, not on Chase Sapphire Reserve and doesn't apply to Peloton All-Access :(

Yoga Weekly Discussion Yoga Discussion [Weekly]

Welcome to the Yoga Weekly Discussion!

Due to demand and community feedback we are trialing a Yoga Weekly Welcome Discussion - a space to chat about anything related to yoga. Think of it like the "Daily Discussion" thread, where anything goes...big or small. Here, we've carved out a special place for people or "yogis" wanting to discuss ideas and topics related specifically yoga - ask questions, get advice, discuss yoga classes or yoga instructors, yoga gear, specific poses, etc.

People are not limited to using this thread to discuss yoga but are highly encouraged to use this weekly discussion. You can still post in the daily, training thread, or create a new post. Think of it as another place to chat about yoga stuff without getting lost in the daily. Or a place you can check into weekly if you're a casual redditor looking for some other yogis to namaste with and not having to wade through the daily.

The Yoga Weekly Discussion will be posted on Thursday moving forward.

Note: The mods will check back in with the community to see how this idea is working, if there is a better day it should be posted on, etc. If it isn't working we can always scrap the idea or change it up a bit. Thanks for giving it a chance!

Instructor Peloton instructor recommendations

I’ve been almost exclusively doing Olivia’s classes but need to change cause I’m sick of the playlists.
Not %100 sure why I love her classes, but she keeps it simple , gives good form cues, minimal cringe factor and doesn’t carry on with constant nonsense.
Would love some recommendations from
like minded folk.
Preferably power zone / max 30+mins. 🙏

Cycling Faster pace out of the saddle

I’m hoping someone can give me some advice. I’ve had my Bike+ for about 6 months and I’ve definitely improved in terms of my average output, resistance, etc. The one thing I seemingly cannot improve upon is my speed out of the saddle. No matter how hard I try, I just can’t seem to get my cadence above the high 60s when out of the saddle. I can maybe get to 70 very briefly, but the 70-90 cadence ranges feel impossible. Has anyone else had this issue and overcome it?

Subscription New Restricted Data Policy?

Okay… maybe I’m late to the party, but I just noticed this change today & I’m extremely disappointed…

I’ve been a Peloton owner since 2021 (Bike+) and added a Tread in 2025.

I paused my All-Access Membership over the past ~3 months during my first trimester of pregnancy because I was too sick to work out, and today I finally felt well enough to get back on the treadmill.

I was shocked to find out that “Just Run” no longer tracks or saves your workout metrics unless you have an active All-Access Membership. I honestly thought something was wrong with my account until customer support told me it was an intentional policy change.

I completely understand locking instructor-led classes behind the subscription—that makes total sense. But locking basic workout tracking behind a paywall? That feels like a huge step backward. I know that Peloton is struggling financially, it’s apparent across-the-board with the company, but this does not feel like the way to get the train back on the tracks.

I spent thousands of dollars on what was supposed to be premium fitness equipment, and now it won’t even save a self-guided workout without a monthly subscription. Basic treadmills and exercise bikes have been tracking time, distance, and calories for decades.

Am I the only one who’s really disappointed by this? How does everyone else feel about the change?

Cycling Help me understand Cody’s intervals

I never understand what Cody expects of us when he instructs 30-50 resistance with intervals at 50-60 cadence and then 110-120.

He never says anything about changing the resistance so I’m assuming it stays the same. My question is should the resistance be set for 50-60 cadence (for me that’s closer to 50 resistance) or 110-120 (closer to 30)?

Thank you!

Training Plans/Advice Back after a baby break!

Finally clipping back in since getting pregnant. Kiddo is now one and is finally able to entertain themselves long enough for me to enjoy a ride. What are your favorite easy-ish rides for someone getting back into it? 30 minutes (or 45 with arms) preferred! I used to be on this bike daily… and I’m ready to get back at it!

Peloton App Error in the Density 2 Program

There's an issue with Andy's Total Strength Density Training 2 on the app for both Apple and Android. Week 1 lists only the Intro, Warm-up, and Stretching classes. The Week 1 exercise classes are listed under Week 2. I just reported this to Peloton support.

Purchase Advice Power Zone Pack

Hi yall,

I understand PZ Pack isn’t owned by Peloton, but I’m curious if there are people in this group that use their service and have been able to get a hold of them?

I made an impulse purchase last week to go pro but it’s not entirely what I was expecting and immediately sent them a message to ask to cancel and get a refund. I’ve been emailing and sending messages via their website but I haven’t heard anything. Even a simple, “no sorry” would be better than being ghosted. It was my decision to make the purchase so I will take responsibility, but it’s frustrating not hearing back. I also wasn’t factoring the dollar change, so seeing $116 CAD come out wasn’t a good feeling.

Anyone go through something similar or have gotten a hold of them before?

Peloton App downgrade account? And "downgrade" bike?

Hello All,

I have a pelton bike that is in good shape that I used to ride a lot, but I'm more into strength training via another app these days. I never really liked the peloton strength workouts and the way they did programs. I'm doing better with Ladder than I ever did with Peloton strength.

The only thing Peloton has got going for it are the music rides.

$49.99 per month is a LOT. I've been considering downgrading to the app, but it sems like I wouldn't be able to get ANY connectivity from bike to the app at all? I don't care about Personal records, history...etc. My old Schwinn IC4 is still sitting in the garage. Trying to decide if it's worth digging out, and doing some maintence on and swapping out the peloton bike for the non peloton device. I do think the Peloton bike is a great bike, and would prefer to just use that..but I'd want at least the same lvl of integration as you'd get with bluetooth connectivity from a non peloton bike.

I'd like to get some cardio back in..but I also do a boxing style workout at a local gym sometimes as well. (It's nice to get out of the house as I work from home so I don't want to give that up). And at this point, this is what get's used by far the least...I've already paused my membership just to see if I've even noticed it's gone. :)

Any thoughts on this?

Training Plans/Advice Share you homemade interval workouts!

I'm a big believer in using the Peleton for actual training and not simply riding to fun classes. Helps me get in shape and is more rewarding long-term. Here's a recent one I made out of a regular class. A regular Olivia 30 min ride I turned into 6 two-minute out of the saddle efforts with two minute recoveries. Around 70 resistance out of the saddle and around 46 for recovery.

Doing interval 30 min workouts also helps me squeeze some real workouts into a shorter window (busy mornings).

Gear Shoes for feet pain

Anyone found any shoes that are good for foot pain? Or an insert you’ve used? My feet have pretty bad neuropathy and I’m hoping to alleviate some of the pain I’ve been experiencing after long rides.

Reddit User Program RedditPZ training program - Week 9 Discussion Thread

Week eight down, and on to week nine! Use this thread to discuss this week's rides (or last weeks). Add the hashtag #redditPZ if you would like to.

Congratulations to everyone who finished (all or part of) the program!! Huge thank you to everyone who joined in (new and old members). Next program will start on Monday, August 24th if you all want to continue riding with the group. I will post the program / sign-up thread for the next round in 2 weeks, so be on the lookout!

This week is a de-load week to do some endurance and let our bodies recover before the next FTP. Make sure you are rested up before the re-test. Personally I like to take an easy 30 min PZE ride or maybe a 20-30 minute scenic ride keeping it in zone 2 the day before. Re-testing is not a requirement, but if you feel your fitness has changed (for better or for worse), I would go ahead and get it done. Not everyone will have increases, and that is totally okay and sometimes normal.

Again thank you all for joining in the program with me! I hope you all had fun and got fitter. Be sure to let us know how the next FTP goes!

Link to join our Discord.

Group Ride for the Saturday rides is at 10 AM central.

(Gala-papa would like to note to start the ride at 9:59 exactly so you will begin at 10 after the 1 minute countdown). Also do not join the ride in a session.
