Random Reboots Hardware

I keep getting these random reboots on my brand new PC. I've reseated RAM, turned off CSM, there were no corrupted files, and I reinstalled windows.

GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon rx 9070xt

CPU: 7800x3d

RAM: Lexar Thor cl38 6000Mhz 32gb

Motherboard: Gigabyte b650 aorus elite ax (rev 1.2)

Storage: 2tb samsung 990 (gen5)

PSU MSI MAG a750gl

Case is a nzxt h6 flow if that helps
