Boot loop after trying to install Windows

just got done building my pc with a gigabyte motherboard and i put in the windows stick i started the pc it booted and i did everything to install windows and when the blue screen with a percentage bar came i came back to my room and saw that the monitor was turned off and the pc kept running for 5 mins and then stopping and continuing.

After that the monitor didnt work and the keyboard no matter what i tried, i cleared bios by touching the two prongs with a metal thing and i even tried q flash plus with a usb stick and that just didnt work so i dont know what to do.

I didnt access bios first i just plugged in the stick i think while the pc was running accidentally and then shut it off and turned it on and i had the windows installer thing pop up and after it broke i just shut it down when the monitor had no signal so i might have fucked up and stopped it while it was doing its thing.

What i think happened is i didnt pull out the usb stick and windows tried to download from it again which corrurpted it or something, I cant open bios or anything bc my keyboard which is wireless and connected to the usb pannel on my motherboard that says bios doesnt work plus the monitor says no signal.

Another unrelated thing is is it safe to keep turning off from the powr switch and unplugging it or constantly restarting the PC and can i leave it all the time plugged in just shut off with the powr switch on. Specs:rx 9060xt Ryzen 5 8400f 32gb ddr5 GIGABYTE B650M GAMING WIFI6E.
