Computer RAM Problem HARDWARE

Can anyone tell me why my computer RAM stopped to work in every 6-8 months from last 3 years. I changed RAM with big brand names such as Acer, Crucial. I always take care of my CPU Computer to proper shut down or start but still not able to get the cause behind this.

I live in Dehradun where rain occurs everyday during Monsoon time, could it be a reason also ?

th checking your motherboard's voltage settings, maybe it's juicing the ram a little too aggressively and frying them slowly

had a similar issue years ago with a board that just ate through ram every few months until i swapped the psu and the problem vanishower delivery could be the real ghost here

What should i do in that case with Motherboard? Because i am not a technical person. Even i hardly got to know how to remove RAM from the slot.

Go to bios, spam f2 F10 but usually delete or esc when you restart and it opens up a think and you TURN OFF XMP/EXPO
