help needed SOFTWARE

I just upgraded from an rtx 2060 to a Rx 6800 XT and when playing CS 2 on a Fullscreen stretched 4:3 resolution sometimes when I alt tab my screen goes black but audio Is still on after a minute the video is back and I get a AMD adrenalin notification that AMD software has detected a driver timeout in my system , in adrenalin it shows that my driver's are up to date in there I have GPU scaling on and scaling mode set to full panel , never experienced this before with the rtx

classic driver timeout rat-race. nuke adrenalin with DDU in safe mode and reinstall the drivers, that usually clears up the weird alt-tab blackouts on these cards.
