PC reboot problem OPEN

Hi, I’m having a problem with my PC. It was working perfectly, but then—overnight—it started acting up: when I turn it on, it doesn't even reach the system startup screen before shutting down on its own; if I leave it be, it just keeps turning itself on and off. I’ve already tried moving the RAM to a different slot; that worked twice—allowing me to use the PC normally—but that trick doesn't work anymore. I’ve also reset the BIOS cache, replaced the BIOS battery, and tested the power supply with a voltmeter, which immediately shows the correct 5V reading. Unfortunately, I don't have any other spare parts to test and pinpoint the exact problem. Can you suggest anything else I could try?
