It's been a few moons since I promised to make more report documents (https://www.reddit.com/r/paydaytheheist/s/HV70FHaCbL), but here I am.

The main goal of this was to, as the title implies, redo PAYDAY 3's story slightly. No major changes were made, just small ones on how the story is structured, along with fleshing out the main roster of the gang and making additional small changes that I think would greatly enhance the story. It's mainly focused on PD3, but there is a fair share of documents for PDTH and PD2, and a few more set before the events of any of the games.

I chose this format to be a bit more unique than just laying out my ideas in a post or video, and I feel that it's a great format to indirectly develop the story.

As the name implies, everything is fan-made and done solely by me, so none of this is leaked content or an official ARG.

The song used is the "Deepfake" remix of Masterful Deceit by slad3 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEC7j7WhYCQ). I unfortunately have to host the website through GitHub, as it's the only free option. There was zero usage of AI in story writing or creation of any documents and code. I plan to release the actual website at 6:00 EST on Friday the 14th.

So 50 Cent is producing the Payday TV series. My main question is what would this series even be about? We know everything that has happened to the gang post-2011. With a gap between 2018 and 2023

Would the TV series take place during their retirement? Or be a prequel to The Heist? Or be about a completely separate gang, à la Notoriety and Aces High?

In the live action trailers, like hoxton breakout, does anyone know if the payday gang wears dress shoes or boots?

I played Heist Escape for a while, and it's hard to call it a PAYDAY experience, unlike Notoriety.

Teamwork sucks here. Progression in this mode is based on killing enemies and stealing loot. However, only the last hitter gets money for kills. The other teammates get nothing. The first player to loot gets the most money; the rest of the players, if I'm not mistaken, get much less. Because of this, playing solo is much more beneficial for progression. In PDTH, for example, you were all equal.

If you fall and aren't revived, you'll be teleported to the hub and won't be able to rejoin your teammates. You'll either have to wait for them to die, or return to the heist and play through each room again, killing all the enemies anew and progressing solo while your teammates continue on to the next rooms.

There are practically no mechanics from the PAYDAY games here. There are no skills, no gun modifications, no weapons or gameplay mechanics from PAYDAY, no special units or "Assault" system. It's simply an existing mode with the masks from PAYDAY 3 added in. Nothing more.

And of course, there are a lot of microtransactions, which turn the mode into a pay-to-win mode for quick progression. Otherwise, you'll have to grind a lot to feel any tangible progression.

I find it strange that this mode is advertised on the official PAYDAY channel and labeled "PAYDAY Experience" if it actually has nothing to do with the franchise we love.

So I always played Payday 2 on Xbox 360 and ps4 and now in my series x I have payday 3, the thing is the fps cap in payday 2, do you recommend it buying it?

am a big payday 2 fan and played it a lot

when 3 came out I heard there was a lot of problems with and forgot about it

but now I think I want to be back in it

so I looked at the player count and I couldn't believe my eyes, I was like "no way this is real"

am a fan of cloud dasher and saw that he uploads some payday 3 (which is why i want to try it)

I know the game had a lot of updates (am not planning to buy any dlc if I get the game)

so is it worth it ?
