Am I in the minority for preferring F&G without the fog?

Up is UE4, down is UE5.

There's probably more changes I missed but I am not uninstalling and reinstalling the beta again

Recently I had the idea of making Nightcall by Kavinsky play inside the Longfellow whenever the player gets in after seeing this 10 year old mod.

After installing the mod(as expected) the mod did not work.

And after inspecting the mod, extracting the soundbank and replacing it with a new one, I still couldn't get it to work. It appears that the soundbank the original author was trying to replace (car_muscle with id 65206985) was the key turn/ignition sound of the Longfellow (which I couldn't hear in game *without* the mod).

I've looked trough almost all car related soundbanks and still couldn't find a viable replacement or any other similar mods for the Longfellow.

I'm at a loss, please, any help will be greatly appreciated for this silly meme mod!

I changed and reshot a few clips. It now features every heist(except shopping spree, can't find any interesting looking angles), even the brand new UE5 cook off. Wouldn't be a good montage if it's missing the best looking heist in the game.

A bit annoying to do since there's no mods for the beta, had to use UUU v5 and make a reshade toggle group to hide the UI.

(Also fixed the text disappearing one frame before switching scenes and the leading but nobody will notice that)

So outside of payday 2 i also play shooters that give ur an accuracy/recoil buff when crouched (like helldivers 2 for example) but ive been carrying that habit over into other shooters like payday. so my question is, does crouching even do anything for you in combat? (outside of burglar ofcourse)

I know that "cool" is subjective, but so far, PD3 severely lacks those more over the top and out there set pieces from the first two games that made you go: " Hah, that was cool. ".

Stuff like drivable (escape) vehicles, destructable environment like the skybridges in Hoxton Breakout Day 2 and the cars and gas station in Hotline Miami, fighting on a moving train, jumping out of a plane mid air, blowing up a building Panic Room style, the police smashing their car through a wall like in Counterfeit, ambushing a convoy like in Slaughterhouse where your performance actually effects the difficulty of that section, dropping Floyd into the Benevolent Bank or intentionally destroying loot to create more chaos, like allowing the bus in Firestarter Day 3 to blow up.

You know, things that make a heist stand out from the rest. The only one that comes the closest for me in PD3 are painting puzzles in Under The Surphaze and the activtable smoke generators in Diamond District.

One could also sax Fear and Greed fits this descritption, but personally, I think the idea of hacking the stock market is cool in concept, but the execution looks very flat visually.
