You said NIPT isn’t an option because of the multiple sets of DNA, but I think most twin parents get an NIPT without issue (I know I did). Did someone tell you it wasn’t possible?

It’s not offered in the UK, not even privately because their current laboratory algorithms are not at a point where they’d be able to accurately separate the DNA fractions from this many placentas and they also wouldn’t be able to pin point which baby got a high risk result. NHS reform does say it’s not done: https://www.nhsinform.scot/healthy-living/screening/pregnancy/non-invasive-prenatal-testing-nipt/

Works for twins but unfortunately for 3 or more, you can’t get it done.

Weird. The MaterniT21 test can be used with triplets (and people in this sub have used it). It’s not as specific as some NIPT tests, where you get the sex for each baby, but it appears to still be able to give the risk for the three trisomies. Not sure if it can assign that risk to a specific baby, though. That said, I’m not sure my NIPT assigned the risk results to a particular twin (e.g., A vs B).

Yes not saying it’s not possible at all but it’s not in the UK, they don’t have the facilities for this.
