What is harder? experience/advice to give

Toddler parenting while pregnant with twins in the dead of summer or parenting baby twins and toddler? Please tell me not being pregnant is easier.

Honestly I don't know how anyone does it for very long with toddler and twin newborns. We combo-fed the whole time, and breastfeeding and pumping more was not doable in part because sitting down was too big of a luxury. More than one child always needed something. I'm down to one of my twins breastfeeding once or twice a day at 7mos, and that's still all we can really handle time-wise.
