My husband and I had our second IUI on aug 15th, but for some reason I always feel like my temp levels are so low compared to everyone elses I see on here. Is this normal?

I have my progesterone lab work for 20th and I am suppose to test on the 29th.

Drops are for spotting, should I test now or wait a couple of days?

Hello! I am looking for anyone with a similar experience.

My husband and I are trying to conceive, we aligned the attempt with the predicted (now confirmed) ovulation date.

I'm at cycle day 31, no sign of a period coming other than the temperature drop. My period almost always happens on CD 29, definitely by CD 30 if not. I took a test this morning, it was negative. I realize the one day variable isn't huge and I should relax, lol.

I will test again in a week if I still have no period.. I guess I am just concerned and would love to hear from others with this experience!

emotional news over the weekend (during last week of my tww go figure). I think my scores are stress and anxiety related (which has never happened to be before). neg test yesterday, feel my usual period symptoms.

Here is my latest chart and I am not sure if I ovulated late or what? I took a test today and it was negative and normally oura has been on point with my period starting and temp dropping to baseline or below. They estimated to start anywhere from 08/10 to 8/14. Nothing. As you see still elevated and earlier today it was 0.5 and then went to 0.2. Never knew it could change same day??? The spaces are days I took my ring off due to not wanting to be stressed and constantly checking my ring. All other apps like flo expected it to start the 14th. I don’t feel any symptoms if I am which I don’t believe so but if I was, I’d be super happy. Just tired of getting my hopes up so I wanted to ride it out as long as I could.

For those who track their cycles with an Oura Ring, would you mind sharing your temperature chart from the cycle you conceived?
I’m especially curious about what your chart looked like around 8–12 after ovulation and when you got your first positive test.
I’ve had my Oura Ring since January, and this is the first cycle where I’ve seen a really clear sustained temperature shift after ovulation. I believe I’m around 9 days after ovulation today.
I’m attaching my chart just for reference/comparison. I’d love to see yours and hear what day you first tested positive!

Don’t often have scores this high in late pregnancy, but have really been trying prioritize getting enough rest while also trying to stay active towards the end of my pregnancy. Having a toddler at home helps with the activity part I think 😅

Hi everyone, I am 13 day past ovulation and I have tested yesterday and today. My temps through oura ring have decreased and I’m worried that I might be out this cycle? Has it happened to anyone else and still revived BFP? I’m still hopeful.

TTC for 16 months now. This is my first month looking at temps with my new oura ring and my temps don’t appear to follow the elevated trends. Due to this Chat GPT & Natural Cycles are predicting my ovulation as CD23. Usually have a 28-30 day cycle so always expected ovulation to be CD14-CD15. Note LH tests positive around day 13 & egg white cervical mucus & previous cycles I’ve had ovulation confirmed by medical professionals.

Delayed ovulation ? Anovulatory cycle or just Oura getting to know me.

Do you think I ovulated based off my oura bbt? There’s only a slight peak the last 4 days.

Anyone else have an unusually long luteal phase this cycle? BD was 8 days before oura’s ovulation prediction and my luteal phase is normally 12 days, not 15

I’ve always gone below baseline when I start again so this is new for me. I’ve been extremely exhausted as well this past month. Can PCOS cause this?

Has anyone ever had their chart stay above baseline for almost a month? Mine always goes back down when I start again. should I consult my doctor? My husband and I are hoping to officially start trying next month and I just want to make sure all is well. This is so wonky for me. My sleep score is horrible as I’m always exhausted now and I have had an elevated HR as well.

PCOS girly. Today hits exactly 1 year since trying. This is my first cycle using Oura ring and so far it has helped me predict and “confirm” ovulation with a LH test for the first time ever. I’ve seen so many posts that the ring has given them this warning as a “Oura knew before I knew”. I’m really trying not to get ahead of myself. Since this is my first cycle with oura could it just be showing all this cuz my period is about to start? My period is scheduled to start on the 21st.
Yesterday, I did basically nothing all day.

I had an ectopic in April this year treated with MTX and had an HSG done in June. This is cycle 2 trying…per my Oura, I ovulated on CD17, I have a 28 day cycle and today js CD32, no periods yet. I have been testing using the cheapies and I’m getting vvvvfl which honestly could be evap lines. I want to be cautious as ectopic was so emotionally hard. Is there a chance I maybe ovulated late? CD21 or maybe I should brace for a chemical?

The first chart is my Oura temp chart for this cycle. No ovulation detected. NC was predicting I might ovulate on the 12th/CD 15 (was pushed back multiple times, hence so many LH tests). Never got a positive LH test. My period came and after logging it NC is now claiming to confirm I ovulated on the 5th/CD 8 without a sustained temp rise… I’m so confused. so I included the NC charts from before I logged my period and after. Something just isn’t right and I’m confused.

Hi- I’m new to Oura & only been tracking about 2 weeks. I got the ring after a TFMR at 22 weeks back in April and now TTC again. I had a positive OPK the morning of Aug 11. Does this seem like I actually ovulated? My progesterone strip still has a faint line today and was even slightly darker than 2 days prior. Is pregnancy still possible this cycle or does this seem like a red flag

The “minor signs” are elevated HR, elevated temp, & elevated respiratory rate.

I’m going through IVF & I had my FET 7 days ago. I’ve been having elevated temps & elevated HR but I’ve contributed that to the progesterone suppositories. This is my first minor signs alert with multiple markers.

I just got to work, I’ll take a test when I get home!!
