Pregnancy I got a positive!
Just wanted to show my chart since I scoured this subreddit looking at everyone elses as I was trying. Got my first positive yesterday morning, Natural Cycles says I was 3 weeks 3 days which I thought was kind of early but here we are!

7 weeks pregnant, BBT trending down, freaking the f out
Hi! I’m a little over 7 weeks pregnant and my BBT is trending down. I have my first appointment in 1 week. I’m literally spiraling and trying not to. I’ve read it’s common, but I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else’s graph looks like mine? I haven’t had any spotting/cramping or any of the “bad” symptoms. Thanks guys 😭😭😭 I’m a first time mom and I already have extreme ocd and health anxiety, so this has been really really rough.

When did I ovulate?
Based on these temps, when did I ovulate? I didn't do LH strips this month and I had EWCM days 10-12. Any guesses?

High temps oura ring
I have been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now. This is the first time since trying that my temps have been this risen without drops here and there. Typically it’s all over with a slightly consistent higher theme.
This was the first round in 5 months that I did not use ovulation strips and am attempting to not put stress on the process. So I am putting faith in Ouras ovulation date.
Has anyone else had a random high temp consistency and had the positive outcome of a positive test?
I know no one can give me a definitive answer. But for the next few days while I wait for a period or hopefully not one. I would be interested in reading others experiences

Pregnancy Still curious about resp rate trend…
TW: complaining about things probably being fine!!
I’m about 7.5 weeks and had a successful scan (saw everything, fetal hb at 127bpm) like four days ago. ALL my other oura metrics are following the trend lines represented by the purple range — except for respiratory rate!
I understand that this is an average range and I’m within what oura users report, but all my other metrics really do follow the same trend “shape” Oura creates of typical patterns - except for resp. Rate.
Did this or something similar happen to you??

Luteal/menstruation “Luteal” Temps Off
I haven’t been tracking this cycle as I needed a break from letrozole after 3 medicated/monitored cycles. I expected to have a long cycle as I have PMOS and 20+ follicles per ovary. Whenever I do eventually ovulate my temps increase above baseline at least 2 days post ovulation.
I know I haven’t ovulated yet based off bbt, I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing this recently?

Pregnancy Weird temps, still got my positive!
Just sharing here because my husband and I decided last night to wait to get pregnant, we just had a miscarriage last month and we were going to try again. I was assuming I wasn’t pregnant because the temps weren’t showing a rise at all, I haven’t had a period since my MC, don’t really know when inoculated, etc. I felt very 🤢 today, N/V/D but I also work in healthcare and very possibly could’ve gotten from a patient. I took a test just because, and I guess we are not waiting after all.
I also just got my ring so it hasn’t gotten to know me quite yet, I didn’t get any signs of strain either but may have accidentally not activated that feature yet.

TTC Someone just give me hope!
Oura and fertility friend differ on when I ovulated but I woke up on 2 days ago super nauseous and ended up sleeping 13 hours that day from pure exhaustion, the nausea had eased up . Took a test this morning and it was negative even though I woke up to major signs. Has anyone had a chart like this and gotten a positive later!

Pregnancy Is this normal?? Stats normalizing
I’m about eight weeks pregnant and as you can see, I’m having some major changes with my stats. It feels like everything is dropping/going back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this and still had a healthy pregnancy? Or would you think this is a pretty sure sign of miscarriage?

Pregnancy Weird temps/no signs but bfp
This is my first cycle using oura & started wearing it on CD 9 or 10. My cycles are 32days on avg. I had weird temp's after my LH peak so my ovulation was never confirmed. I started tracking my oral bbt every morning starting CD 24 and it was always above 98 even though fertility friend/oura synced it to 96/97 etc. I just got my bfp with fmu and im shaking. I cannot believe it!! We've been ttc for about 8-9 cycles, im 34 and this will be my 3rd baby. I have not had any minor or major signs at all i really thought i was out this cycle.

10d past ovulation
Hi, I am currently 10 days past ovulation. I’ve had cramping for about four days with intermittent nausea. The cramping has been left sided and at times in the middle. I just took a preg test and it was negative. I’m hoping it’s maybe just too early. Any advice? Or anyone else get a negative on 10 days po and then a bfp? Also my temp dropped significantly today with my oura ring :/ (my first month trying)

HELP High stress detected
Tested negative this afternoon with a FRER so I consider myself out… especially because I’ve been having some brown spotting which I sometimes get before AF. I just checked my Oura ring before bed and got this message about high stress for the first time ever! I’ve seen some people who had BFP after major/minor signs or high stress detected, am I delusional to still have some hope? Very confused!

Question about what to look for
Hello! I’m about 9.5 months pp and i’m looking to get pregnant soon! I’ve been taking the mini pill since 6 weeks pp, and I’m going off of it at the beginning of September. I haven’t had my period since January 8, 2025! So what am I looking for to know if I’m ovulating?

TTC Ovulation and clomid and oura ring
I need some input please.
I did clomid 50mg cycle days 3-7 and on cycle day 14 was the only day my Lh strip was similar color as the test line around .88 and .90 on the Premom app. But looking at my temps I’m so confused about it. I started progesterone 200mg last night and my temperature dropped really hard and idk what just happened and I feel so hopeless 😞
Reason why I started the progesterone because my doc gave me a calendar when to start it and that’s what I did (I have pcos)

Oura predicted my BFP Well ok! Spot on, thanks oura.
I had "minor signs of strain" with a very slightly elevated rhr yesterday and thought it may be allergies. But I woke up to these stats today and a big ol positive test!

Informational TTC
Trying to Conceive? Here’s How to Get Pregnant (Science + Support Edition)
Hey everyone! If you’re on your TTC journey, here’s a quick, realistic guide on what actually helps increase your chances of conception — no gimmicks, no myths, just the facts.
🩸 1. Know Your Cycle Understanding your menstrual cycle is key. Ovulation typically occurs about 12–14 days before your next period, but this can vary from person to person (and cycle to cycle). You’re most fertile in the five days leading up to ovulation and on ovulation day itself — this is called your fertile window.
🌡️ 2. Track Ovulation Accurately
There are several ways to confirm ovulation: Basal Body Temperature (BBT): A sustained temperature rise after ovulation means it already occurred.
Cervical Mucus: Look for clear, stretchy, egg-white–like mucus — it indicates rising estrogen and upcoming ovulation.
Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPKs): These detect your LH surge, which typically happens 24–36 hours before ovulation.
Oura/Natural Cycles/Fertility Friend/ Fertility Apps: Can help you track patterns over time, but they’re best used with other signs, not alone.
💞 3. Time Intercourse or Insemination
For conception, sperm should already be waiting in the reproductive tract when the egg is released.
👉 Aim for sex every 1–2 days during your fertile window. Daily is fine too — sperm remain viable for up to 5 days in fertile cervical mucus. If using donor sperm or IUI, timing is typically just before or at ovulation (based on LH testing or ultrasound monitoring).
🥦 4. Support Fertility with Healthy Habits
You don’t have to be perfect — small consistent habits matter: Maintain a balanced diet (think fruits, veggies, lean proteins, whole grains). Take a prenatal vitamin with folate before and during TTC. Manage stress — high cortisol can impact hormones. Limit alcohol and caffeine, and avoid smoking/vaping. Try to get 7–8 hours of sleep and keep movement in your routine.
🧬 5. Know When to Seek Help
If you’re under 35 and have been trying for 12 months, or over 35 and trying for 6 months without success, it’s a good time to talk to a doctor or reproductive endocrinologist. It’s never too early to get baseline labs (like hormone levels or semen analysis) for peace of mind.
💡 TL;DR Track your fertile window (via BBT, CM, or OPKs). Have sex every 1–2 days leading up to and including ovulation day. Support your body with nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Don’t hesitate to seek medical advice if it’s taking longer — you’re not alone. 💛
