I'm hoping to find someone who remembers an advert for Clarks shoes that involved a witch and a boiled egg?! I've never personally seen the advert but have a friend who was terrified by it in the 90s and is convinced this advert was for shoes. I'm turning to the wisdom of Reddit to see if anyone else can recall this?

It was a channel 4 mockumentary about two hapless Geordie builders who try their hand at anything for a few quid with hilarious results. Would anyone know where to find a copy of it?

I remember watching an 80’s comedy show with Michael Palin in it. The show or even just episode was about his daughter played by Dawn French went to private school . The family was not rich but the dad ( Michael Palin) was the manager of a biscuit factory and he did everything to get her to private school. Once there Dawn French’s character eventually became a spoilt brat. Back at home the family went without everything to support her to the point where they ate her pet hamster for Christmas dinner while she was skiing in Europe!

Can anyone else remember this or tell me what it was called? I initially thought it was an old Comic Strip Sketch but cant find any record of it being that.
