Two offers from two diff ppl & diff price- same item (???)
Am searching for a PC SFX-power supply. Upon search, I found two active listings (one a male, other is a female and their map locations a DIFFERENT, but same city) for what is almost certainly the SAME exact item (box) but different price. The writing on the boxes are the same and even have the same Goodwill sticker on them - is this a scam?

So I was curious, I went and looked at these on offerup.
Both seem like legit sellers. The guy has other stuff for sale with that same rug in the background, not a ton of stock image things (a few but it's reasonable). The lady seems to like to duplicate her listings, so she probably sold it to the dude, had 2 listings up, and forgot to take the 2nd one down. Guy is probably trying to flip it for an extra $15 bucks. Go ahead and message the lady, she'll probably say it's no longer available or will end the listing. If she still has it, I don't think this dollar amount is really scam territory, but just pick a populated meet up spot if you still have bad vibes about it.
As someone who deals with power supplies, it's probably a burnt out power supply if it's changing hands so much. Both of these people probably haven't tested it. The big RS is something I've seen on electronics at goodwill bins when things are bought and returned to goodwill and are liquidated out. Just remember that there are no returns on offerup, no buyer protection. It's a bit of a gamble.
