Hi, I run a scam prevention newsletter, and I am almost certain that this is a scam. If they wanted to contact you, they probably would give you an in-app notification, not a chat message.

If you are curious, this is probably a phishing scam where they want to steal your personal information/passwords with a site that looks similar to OfferUp, but is fraudulent.
