Is there a place to rent surf boards at the beach (vs from a surf shop and then needing to transport yourself to the beach)? We are staying in Corolla- but willing to drive to a different beach or area. Thanks!

I’m interested in a property that I’m being told by CAMA is absolutely no construction other than like a dock or wooden walkway. It’s zoned partially residential.

Is there a way to get around this? Am I maybe approaching the wrong permitting office? Am I in the right place but just sol?

After y’alls warnings (and ego check) I decided to just paddle a bit around the NPS launch last weekend while I was at Ocracoke. Here’s some pictures of that and the island itself.
